Breathtaking Oceanfront Property at Ditch Plains Beach.

Perched on a bluff overlooking the beauty of Ditch Plains Beach – there are beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean from three expansive decks of this artist designed home. We are located just steps away, through a private path to Ditch Plains Beach and the beautiful cliff walk overlooking the ocean. You will not find a better location in Montauk.

The first floor of this unique home includes a master bedroom with private bath as well as two other bedrooms, family room and another full bath. The master bedroom and family room have sliding glass doors leading directly to the first floor deck. There is a king bed in the master, a double and two twins in each of the other bedrooms and a queen-size futon in the family room.

The second floor has an open eat in kitchen and dining area with everything you need if you want to cook indoors or outdoors (on the outdoor gas grill) while enjoying the incredible panorama. From this great room, head upstairs to the third floor open loft which has a single bed and an expansive deck. A great place for happy hour or relaxation as you take in the sunset.

An oversized garage and parking for several vehicles completes your vacation home. With plenty of deck furniture, the house also includes beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and games; a surfboard; bikes and an outdoor shower.

Hidden away on a private road in Ditch Plains, we are perfectly located within a mile to town center, restaurants, shops, State Parks, pool, golf, horseback-riding, the library (with many special events), etc. You will be just a couple of miles from Gosman's Dock, fishing, more restaurants, boat and boat rentals. All can be accessed by biking around town with the Montauk Light house also just a couple of miles away. If you prefer, you can walk to town either along the beach or cliff walk overlooking the sea.

Perfect Montauk get away....

Excellent in every way. The owners could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The house is incredibly well stocked with all that you need for an extended stay, including all manner of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen was great, and there is an abundant supply of towels, sheets, and paper goods. But the best feature is the location - gorgeous views of the ocean from the decks, and a short walk to the beach on a private path. Cannot say enough about how great our vacation here was - exceeding expectations!

Amazing Family Vacation in Ditch Plains Unique House Rental

Everything about this house rental in ditch Plains for our family vacation from the start was PERFECTION!!!! As a family we come to Montauk every summer and look for a rental home and this year I was behind the ball and started late but went on VRBO and found a house in ditch Plains for rent that was above the Bluffs and had a path that took us straight to the beach. Ditch Plains is our Favorite location in Montauk because of the surfing and Beautiful Beach atmosphere. I was shocked that I was able to find a rental at the last minute and when I contacted the owner he got right back to me and was so kind and informative and we worked out a deal immediately to rent his home The photos online were too good to be true of his home and the access to the beach and all that it included. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, bikes, outdoor shower plus bathroom towels, laundry machine, many bedrooms and bathrooms, linens, a grill, three decks to view the ocean and hang out on, gorgeous kitchen plus more. Everything a family needs to make a vacation stay convenient and just perfect!!! When we arrived the owner Frank was there to meet us and go over everything we needed to know about the house. He was so kind and helpful and made us feel better about being there. But let me tell the pictures online are just as beautiful as the home and property and walk to the beach as it portrayed!!!! And most of all I instantly felt at home. The house is so homey and family friendly and that made it so cozy and comfortable for my entire family. Plus anytime I reached out to Frank he got right back to me and was so thankful and kind and helpful with any questions I had. And when we left I told him that we would love to come back next summer and he was more than happy to hear that. I am so grateful I found this beautiful, one of a kind rental in the most amazing spot in Montauk. Until next summer.......🌊☀️✨🦋

This vacation home lived up to the hype. Great location in Montauk on Ditch Plains beach. The house itself was well equipped and was clean and comfortable. The views from the decks were spectacular and when the weather got bad it was a relaxing place to snuggle up and enjoy the quiet with a book. Can't wait to return.

Big, gracious, accommodating home in a phenomenal location

This house is incredible. Actually the house is yes incredible but its location is what makes the place truly remarkable. It's a short walk, along a winding, shady path to the western end of Ditch Plains beach. You emerge on the bluff and then hop right down to the sand. And you're on the best PART of ditch plains beach too... the opposite end from the mayhem down by the Ditch Witch (a great little food truck... it and the surfers are the centerpoint of the scene down there). The proximity to the beach, and the beautiful path to get there, were my favorite parts of the house. So the house... it's very, very well equipped and organized. There wasn't anything we thought we needed that the place didn't have. There are bikes, binoculars, beach chairs, umbrellas, tote bags, coolers, cans of bug spray... a harmonica, a guitar, a piano. There's three really great decks. The view from the top one is just unreal. Up there, you're up higher than 90% of the surrounding structures so you can see a lot of Montauk. It's nice to have air conditioning. We found we didn't need it in the master bedroom but we turned it on a few hot nights to make sure our guests, in back bedrooms with less great cross breezes, were comfortable. Frank, our host, greeted us when we got there and gave us the full tour... and sent us check in texts periodically through the two weeks we were there. Which was great, but everything went so smoothly, we never needed to reach out to him. :) Would love to come back... the Pagnuccis are lucky to have such a delightful home, and we felt pretty darn fortunate to be able to share it for a spell. :)

This beach house has absolutely stunning views with plenty of room for people to spread out. The walk to the beach is super easy. We very much enjoyed staying here and would return again without hesitation. The owners were very helpful and friendly also!

We are a family of 5 from Ireland and we had a great week on the beach in Montauk. The house was perfect, with everything a family would need. Frank was really nice and always quick to respond to any questions. The house was spotless and in great condition with a lovely welcome basket which was a really nice touch. The photos are 100% accurate except the amazing stars at night! We would highly recommend this special house.
