Unfortunately, only 10% of homes in Big Bear have AC. This home just so happens to be one of the homes that do not have it. We do list this in the description of the home. What we do recommend, due to the majority of the homes not having AC, is opening the windows at night, as well as turning on the ceiling fans, and some of the box fans in homes.

We loved staying here! It was exactly as advertised and the neighborhood was so quiet. I definitely understand why Big Bear has a noise curfew in place, but that didn’t stop us from hanging out inside - thanks to the built in game room in the garage :)

Great Location for Teens

Between the garage game room and the full court basketball park down the street, this was a great location for our teenagers. Open space and easy layout to enjoy time together.

Peace in the mountains!

Had an amazing stay here! Definitely 100% recommend to anyone wanting to make the sweet getaway into the beautiful town of big bear! It’s nestled in a nice peaceful neighborhood yet still just minutes to the village and all the things on big bear blvd. The place was nice and clean. Everything functioned just as it should! Definitely will be coming back in the near future.

very close to summit. close to grocery store. Easy communication to management. great spacious area. The cabin provided a lot of things such as coffee, tea, appliances, extra towels, extra blankets. we really enjoyed our stay with the family and kids.

Peaceful Pines:

This is our second time at this house, very clean and quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend!! We will be returning! We had some problems with the TV in the living room, with the volume and called the office and Tom S. came to the rescue he was great and fixed the problem right away!!!

Super clean, cozy and modern home

We stayed 5 nights during Christmas and really enjoyed the home. It was super clean, with crisp white sheets and towels! And the location was perfect, just a short 2 minute drive to summit. The only downside was that the home didn’t have a Christmas tree and we had to bring one with us. I would recommend that homeowners set one up for their guest next year. Other than that our stay was perfect and we would definitely rent this home again.

Summit Ski Trip

House was great and nice. Please note that there is no dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. Also, no hot water reached the kitchen. That likely is the reason some of the glasses and dishes in cupboard were not clean. When I started the dishwasher before leaving, I realized there was no detergent. I used all of the dish soap in the little bottle. However, with the water reaching the kitchen only being ice cold, the dishes will not likely get clean. The fan above shower in master bath is disgusting. Otherwise, please was nice.

This remodeled home was very nice. Here are a few items that need attention and suggestions: Update in-house welcome book to include seasonal check-out times. Also note TV is on HDMI-1, not “Live TV” option in menu. Also Tv audio is 100% controlled by separate, small soundbox remote. Netflix is best found and controlled by Netflix button on that remote. Touch control panel for fireplace needs replacement. Not sensitive to touch. One of two front porch lights is out. Many batteries needed: Ceiling fan remote. Kitchen trash bin lids Dining table lamps Siri/Alexa units not functional anywhere Spa is VERY slow to warm up. Took 24 hours. Hope this info helps. Thx.

This home is clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong.

We enjoyed the property very much. Large living space and places for the kids to hang in the garage. The jacuzzi was low key. But we couldn’t get the heat to stay above 100. Also they could use an extra set of towels to use with the jacuzzi. They only provide 6. But it was clean and newly updated.
