The home is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house that was just renovated in the Hill Crest neighborhood of Marrero. It is located 13 miles from downtown New Orleans.

Minimum 30 day rental.

Bedroom 1 is the master and features a new king size mattress with all new furniture including 32" smart tv and automatic closet lighting.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a trundle bed which offers two twin sized mattresses
Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen sized bed with new mattress, two night stands and a dresser.
Bedroom 4 offers new twin beds and mattresses, exercise equipment, and new 32" smart tv.
A roll away twin bed is also available for use making the bedding available for 11.

The living room offers two new couches, one of which is a sleeper sofa and a new 55" smart tv.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including oven, fridge, dishwasher, and also offers a microwave and Keurig coffee maker.

The home also has full laundry facilities.

A single car garage is also offered, as well as, room for two cars in the driveway. On street parking is also allowed.

The owner was very nice and pleasant. He was nice enough to allow us to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. The house is really nice and cold. The washer and dryer was AWESOME with the kids clothes from our planatation visit. Would recommend 😁👍🏽

Very Roomy and Clean Home in Perfect Location

The home comfortably accommodated 11 adults. Newly renovated and very roomy layout. The owner was extremely helpful and offered great advice. Highly recommend this home when visiting New Orleans. Easy access into the downtown area. Our group very much enjoyed our stay and visit to New Orleans even though our Clemson Tigers didn’t win the 2020 National Championship.

The home was beautiful and was able to comfortably accommodate everyone. It was easy to enter and exit. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe! It’s a nice haul from the French Quarter, so Uber or Lyft can get expensive, but it was worth the stay!

Our stay at this property was awesome and well worth the price! From the spacious accommodations to the fully stocked kitchen (supplies), we were at home from the time we entered the front door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The neighbors were friendly! The home was clean, plenty of towels were provided, and WiFi was included. WAIT....did I add that a washer and dryer was also included for your pleasure! This is a great find! If you find yourself in the New Orleans area and need a place to stay, this is definitely a GREAT choice! We will be back!!!

We needed a home away from home when I decided to bring the WHOLE family on a work trip with me, this house was PERFECT! Could use a few more TVsin bedrooms, and more cooking utensils BUT that didn’t effect our trip at all! We loved our not so little home away from HOME, Pleanty of space and I didn’t feel like I needed to CLEAN before bringing in our things which is HUGE!!! I actually travel with a cleaning kit so for me that was AWESOME! This home is beautiful and spacious, on a quiet street we felt safe and comfortable in the area, if ThrivePalooza is in Nola next year I know where we will be staying!

Great neighborhood. Short drive to French Quarter.

This was my first property rental so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was perfect for our family trip. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Bathrooms were stocked with travel sized shampoos and conditioner and the kitchen was stocked with coffee kcups, travel cups, sugar, and creamer just like a hotel. The property was in a safe quiet neighborhood.
