About this property

Welcome to the beautiful Isle of Palms. Our beach house is located across the street from one of the most inviting beaches on the East Coast, with easy beach access. This three story home has much to offer. On the first floor, you will find a self-contained living area with two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, dining area, a deck and screened porch. Both Bedrooms contain a queen bed. The second floor is the main living area complete with a large kitchen, sun room with a day bed, three bedrooms and two baths. On this floor you will find two queen beds, a twin bed over queen set of bunk beds. The third floor is the master suite. It has a queen bed, reading area, newly renovated bath, and a deck with ocean views.

The house is wrapped with decks allowing you to enjoy ocean breezes, and has a large yard for grilling out, lounging in a hammock or many other outdoor activities. Also, feel free to bring your boat. You are located blocks from the Isle of Palms Marina which provides a ramp and trailer parking.

Great location,great host

The house is right across the street from the beach entrance. It has a separate apartment with 2BR downstairs that was nice as a separate space. Something broke and the host replied right away. The decks definitely need to be redone and some of the aesthetics are older but I would certainly stay there again.There are only some older rusty beach chairs. It would be good if the host invested in a bunch of new ones. Kitchens were very well stocked.

Family reunion/wedding

Perfect location to the beach. It was so nice to have two separate kitchens. House had everything we needed beside a blender. Very comfortable. Loving was set up for a decent amount of people. Property owner was very attentive and quick to answer questions! Would definitely rent this property again.

My review

My family had a good time at the house but there is definitely some issues if you are planning on staying here. My door in my bedroom leading out to the patio was in bad shape. We had to fix it numerous amount of times. The beach chairs are mostly rusted. The ice machine on the main level is very small. The bottom floor had a lot of issues. The ice machine was completely broken and you also could not get water. Roaches were found in the kitchen. The patio furniture was not functionable . The inside furniture smelled very bad in the basement. The key is hard to use. It got stuck a few times. The bathroom in the basement is very small and needs a new shower head. The night light in the basement room was broken. The patio screen was starting to rust. The bunk bed ladder was broken. The hammock outside is extremely old and dirty.

Perfect Location

Solid house with a nice kitchen and multiple spaces for hanging out. There was easy access to the beach and we greatly enjoyed the warm and distinct decor. Property manager was very responsive to any questions.

Great summer vacation

This is a great house with easy access to the beach. We just chilled on the island the whole week. Called the owner with a a question and he was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
