About this property

Beach meets farm house chic condo. GREAT LOCATION! Right in the heart of Gulf Shores. Our unit has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and is within walking distance to the sugar sand beach and crystal clear waters.

Every room has been updated and newly decorated.
The main level Master Bedroom has a comfy KING bed, large closet, dresser, and smart TV. The Living Room includes new furniture, flat screen smart TV - with cable and DVD player, free Wi-Fi provided. Continue on into the remodeled kitchen with table and chairs, big enough to seat your family, large sink, and fully equipped with many necessities of home.
Downstairs Bathroom has tub/shower combo and a new stackable washer and dryer. A unique, kid friendly spiral staircase leads to the fun feature of this unit - THE LOFT. Colorful curtains allow you the open feel to the Living Room below or pull the curtains closed for privacy. The loft has a QUEEN size bed. BONUS! The loft has an attached media/kids room with full size futon, twin chaise lounger and it's own attached bathroom with a shower and closet.

*Condo is located on the 2nd floor, stairs, no elevator

Enjoy all the benefits of being located on the LITTLE LAGOON and all it has to offer. Whether you want to bring your kayaks, paddle boards or personal watercraft the boat launch is ready for your use.

Pier 33, a grocery/convenience store, has it all and is conveniently located right around the corner from us. Stroll on down to one of the nearby restaurants, various shopping spots, or to the beach.

Spring break vacay

We had a wonderful time as my daughter calls it our holiday house! This is a cute and comfortable place to stay! We enjoyed it so much and plan on staying again soon! Highly recommend 🤗

Beautiful and well-laid space!

The condo was beautiful and very well laid out space. We had plenty of room. My grandchildren loved the loft's media room and gave them a space they felt was "all their own". We enjoyed every moment! The property was very family oriented, peaceful at night, and the pool was terrific!

Winter Getaway

Very nice property. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook in most of the time. Great location. Close to many restaurants and the beach. Had a couple minor issues but Dan and Cheryl were very prompt to take care of them. Very friendly and helpful. It was a nice place to get away from the cold for a couple of months. Thank you for a nice stay!

Perfect stay

This was our first time using vrbo. It was an easy and smooth experience. The property was excellent and exactly how described. It was a super quick trip for a concert for us so we only stayed one night but we will definitely rent again in the future. Extremely clean and one of the most affordable places we could find. Definitely recommend!

This cute, cozy condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the upstairs. It’s close to everything you need, easy beach access and the little Lagoon is a bonus!

We are a couple from Wisconsin who enjoy the north woods as much as the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are new to Gulf Shores and are impressed with all the activities surrounding this beautiful landscape.

Why they chose this property

We just bought this newly remodeled condo in the heart of Gulf Shores to share with others the experience of the Gulf of Mexico. The white sugar sand is certainly the main draw to this area of the Gulf. We can walk along the beach to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.

What makes this property unique

There's so much you can do right at the Cove. Located on Little Lagoon you can have some fun on the water by bringing your paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and boats, and use the private boat launch free of charge.
FISH from one of the two piers, or take advantage of the smoker grills and picnic tables throughout the property. If you want to soak up some sun, or go for a dip, the pool with remodeled sun deck and lounge chairs is the perfect place for you. As the day winds down, enjoy a beautiful sunset over the lagoon from one of the gazebos.
