This spacious detached holiday home in Bungalowpark de Gouden Spar offers 80 m² of comfortable living space, ideal for up to 6 guests. Located near the Dutch coast in a peaceful and green environment, it’s perfect for families or groups looking to relax by the sea. The forest is just 200 meters away, and the beach is only 1.2 km from the house, making it an excellent base for nature lovers and seaside holidays.

The ground-floor layout includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, cable TV, and a stereo unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher—ideal for home-cooked meals. There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, and one room includes a washbasin. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Fußbodenheizung ist prima…nur im Bad war es uns zu kalt. Auch der Kamin ist herrlich. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, um an den Strand zu kommen. Die Umgebung ist reizvoll: Leiden, Den Haag und Katwijk ebenfalls : ein Besuch wert.

Tolles Haus, um die Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus für eine vierköpfige Familie. Toll, ausgestattet, sauber und optimal groß! Einzig der etwas weite Weg an den Strand gibt Abzüge in der B-Note. Dem sollte man sich aber vorher bewusst sein. Ansonsten wirklich toll

Schönes Haus, sauber, in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Weg zum Strand per Rad 8 min ,zu Fuß ca.15min. Alles vorhanden wie Kaffeemaschine , Senseo, Wasserkocher, Toster ,Waschmaschine u.s.w In der Umgebung jede Menge zu erkunden. Alles bestens.

Gutgeschnittenes Haus, ruhige angenehme Lage. Sauberkeit okay. Gasherd für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig… Küchenausstattung ausreichend ( qualitative hochwertige Messer und gute Pfannen wären toll gewesen) Eine Inventarliste bei der Beschreibung wäre hilfreich.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Das Mietobjekt liegt unmittelbar vor dem Spielplatz, den man auf den Bildern sehen kann. Die Einrichtung ist so abgestimmt,das es uns an nichts fehlte. Selbst ein blueray Player war vorhanden.Der Fernseher war etwas klein,dennoch ausreichend (wir hatten nicht ganz so tolles Wetter).Für Kinder ist der Strand, zu Fuß, zu weit entfernt,da man erst durch den Wald und dann durch die Dünenlandschaft laufen musste (ca.30 minFußweg).Eher empfehlenswert ist die Gegend für Montainbiker. In der Nähe gibt es den KidsZoo,ein Indoor- Spieleparadies für Kinder und monkeytown in etwa 10-15km.Da muss man hervorheben,das man nur den Eintritt der Kids bezahlen muss,Eltern sind frei.KidsZoo kostet 5,50€ und monkeytown 8,95€. Leider waren wir aufgrund des schlechten Wetters 3x dort,aber immerhin eine günstige Lösung. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren, wenn unser Kurzer 8Jahre alt ist und gut Mountainbike fahren kann.

Rustig park aan de rand van de duinen (tussen strand en Noordwijkerhout). Eenvoudig maar ruim en voldoende goed uitgeruste huisje (afwasmachine, ook een wasmachine e.d.). Dicht bij een speeltuin op het park. Bij douchen opletten dat de vloer niet blank loopt. Helpt als je het rooster van de afvoer iets terug legt, dan loopt het sneller weg. Maar ook dan moet de afvoer nog even op gangkomen.

Das Haus war geräumig und komfortabel. Laut Beschreibung wurde das Haus nicht an Gruppen junger Leute vermietet, da es sich in einem ruhigen Ferienpark befand. Wir fanden die Ruhe etwas enttäuschend: Neben uns wurde Tag für Tag gebastelt und gebaut, und jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr morgens kamen laut sprechende osteuropäische Männer an unserem Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei, auf dem Weg zu dem Van, der sie zu ihrer Arbeit brachte . Daher ist unser endgültiges Urteil "gut" und nicht "fantastisch".

En niet dat er een aantal kastje staan met heel veel kabels en afstand bedieningen niet niet werken .er is iemand komen kijken die het ook niet zag zitten en er ook niet uitkwam. Dus als een eigenaar het via jullie verhuren verplicht hem dan dat in ieder geval goed werkt.
