This condo is on the ground floor with DIRECT waterfront view from the screened lanai. It has a southern exposure to keep you warm in the winter months and where you can have breakfast watching for dolphins and manatees. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a breakfast bar with pass thru from the kitchen. In addition, it also has its own laundry room, with washer/dryer. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the lanai overlooking the water. Heated Pool! 3 MONTH MINIMUM rental required.
