Our eco-conscious vacation home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of San Juan del Sur. If you want easy access to town and the nearby southern beaches, this is where you’ll want to stay. Our vacation home is a 10 minute drive to downtown San Juan del Sur and 5 minutes from Playa Remanso – a popular beach destination for beginning surfers and nature lovers.

The home for rent is the top floor of a 2-story building which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms. It comes fully furnished and equipped with a queen bed in each bedroom, a couch in the living room, hot water and wifi throughout.

The open-concept kitchen living room and large covered porch is ideal for cooking, lounging and outdoor dining. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner stove, pots, pans, a full dish set, a french press to enjoy fresh Nicaraguan coffee and a blender to make tropical fruit drinks.

From the privacy of your own outdoor balcony you can soak up the sunshine and consistent breezes while surrounded by gorgeous trees, tropical birds and the occasional howler monkey. Walk 5 minutes down the road and you can dip into the community pool and order meals at the restaurant on site.
