NEWLY RENOVATED- Sunny Potter Highland Space
Newly Renovated with all stainless appliances, this in-law unit in the historic Potter Highland neighborhood is right for 1-2 people. In walking distance of great shops & restaurants and close to downtown, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field & Ball Arena. Easy on/off I-70 & I-25, makes it a great stopover place on the way to the mountains. Grab herbs from the garden for cooking in the large kitchen or enjoy one of many hot restaurants nearby. Hardwired Ethernet, private WiFi & Fiber means 400+ speed
The space
The sunny space has its own private entrance in the back of the main house. It's a good 500 square feet with a sizable kitchen with everything you should need for a short or longer-term stay. There is a shared yard with a grill, patio furniture and herb garden. Private kitchen with a new look and new appliances and washer/dryer. The TV is a smart TV which works off of your Netflix, Hulu, etc account or from a streaming device. We provide Hardwired Ethernet and private Wifi from the direct-to-the-house fiber which offers screaming-fast Internet
Guest access
Guests can access the back patio and yard, as well as private living space with kitchen, sleeping area, bath, washer/dryer.
Other things to note
We have two children and, while there is a brick wall between our spaces, you should know that you may hear us from time to time.
Also, while not at all required, many guests have removed their own trash. If you do, please note that the black can is garbage, purple is recycling and green is compost. Denver’s recycling program does not accept plastic bags or styrofoam; they should not go in the recycling bin. Thank you!

Why they chose this property
The Highlands neighborhood is one of the oldest in Denver and has many older homes and tree-lined streets. We are within walking distance to many of the top restaurants in Denver - many of which just received Michelin stars. We are in a highly central location - near Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium at Empower Field, Coors Field, Red Rocks, downtown, and Interstate 70 & Highway 6 to get to the mountains. Despite our urban location, we are on a quieter street, and the AirBNB, in the back of the house, is even more peaceful.
