Walk into the open concept great room featuring a modern aluminum fireplace that reaches from wall to wall with a large HDTV, elegant design and awe-inspiring golf course views of the 9th tee and fairway of the famed Pete Dye Stadium Course where the pros play every year in the American Express PGA Tournament. The views are highlighted by the indoor/outdoor living space created by the disappearing glass wall in the great room.

Looking to wind down after a long day of golf? Enjoy cocktails and conversations at the fully equipped wet bar with a wine fridge and barstools just off the great room.

This luxurious desert lifestyle continues as you enter the fully equipped and remodeled chef's kitchen. The stainless-steel appliances, double oven and oversized center island offers the perfect space for everyone to help create an amazing meal together, or to gather around socializing while sharing appetizers. There are ample seating options as well between the casual kitchen bar and formal dining area with an elegant octagon glass table that seats eight guests.

While the interior of Casa Pebble Beach is beautifully appointed, the grounds are perfectly maintained and feature striking views of the purple mountains down the ninth fairway. There are plenty of lounge chairs and sofa seating to enjoy the view or share a glass of wine. After another amazing day in the California Desert, grill up some steaks at the built-in BBQ island and enjoy your meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table that seamlessly opens to the beautiful kitchen of the home.

There are three bedroom suites in Casa Pebble Beach. The Primary Master Suite features a king bed adorned with luxury bedding, modern tile and aluminum fireplace, HDTV and a large sliding door that opens directly to the private interior courtyard that contains the spa and waterfall. The ensuite bath is quite lavish, with a large tiled spa, double vanity, walk in closet and ample space. The first guest suite features a king bed, TV and ensuite bath with sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio. The second guest suite offers a pull-down murphy king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to the courtyard and spa.

The laundry room has an Electrolux Lux Care, Smart Boost Washer & Dryer, built in ironing board and 2nd Refrigerator & Freezer.

We want you to feel confident when renting. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests health and safety. Currently, we spend between approximately 4 hours to clean the property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean the pool and hot tub twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well.

You can cruise in your Golf Cart all around PGA West. We have a special Premier Partner License which allows you to enter ALL Security Gates so you can enjoy a glimpse of all 6 fantastic Professional Golf Courses, check out all the neighborhoods and dash up to Earnie's Bar & Grill-the Club House for Stadium & Nick Tournament Courses - with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course or Wallaby's (Club House for Greg Norman Course) which are both on the PGA West Property. They are 2 great places to eat a quick lunch or relaxing delicious dinner! Both places are a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from, The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
