Very pleasant independent studio, on the first floor of a house, in a quiet area, in the residential area of the winter town with a beautiful south-facing terrace, independent access by external staircase, closed parking.
Arcachon town center, the train station, the main beach and all the shops are 500m away and accessible on foot, the supermarket is 400m away. 4 bikes are available free of charge to tenants
The free elevator in the Mauresque park also allows access to the city center and the beach as well as the transfer of bicycles

Loin quand on est sans voiture des commodités. Trop de bruit et manque de luminosité. De plus manque de discrétion de la part des hôtes. Je ne louerai plus dans une maison ce n'est pas du tout ce qui me convient.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce

Studio bien agencé, avec une terrasse absolument charmante noyée dans une végétation dense qui permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. Le quartier d'hiver est juste magnifique...merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité, et pour le prêt de vélos qui permettent de visiter la ville sans avoir à prendre notre voiture. Adresse à garder !

Excellent sejour

Appartement très bien situé avec une belle terrasse au calme, et à proximité du centre et des plages. Des vélos sont à disposition, donc inutile d utiliser sa voiture et la région contient de nombreuses pistes cyclables.
