About this property

New wooden house (55 m2) without any vis-à-vis. It consists of:
- a master bedroom and children's bedroom (two single beds),
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with separate WC
- a private garden of 40m2 in front and a private terrace of 18m2 in the back including a plancha

The accommodation is just 5 mins from the Dune du Pyla and close to local shops (bakery just opposite). We are close to the ocean beaches, the marina, the center of Arcachon, the lake of cazaux, theme parks, zoo, racecourse, airfield, health center and many tracks cycling.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und alles war in Ordnung, vor allem nichts defekt. Das Auto konnte bequem vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (großer Supermarkt) zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Gemütliche geschützte Terrasse mit gutem Gasgrill. Die großen Strände waren mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Min. zu erreichen. Erkundungen waren dank der guten Verkehrsstraßen gut und schnell umzusetzen. Gruß

Une bonne semaine de vacances à la Teste de Buch

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location très bien équipée et idéalement située. La location est conforme à la description. La climatisation et la Plancha (bbq interdit dans la région) sont appréciables. Nous avons pu redécouvrir avec plaisir le bassin d’Arcachon sans faire de bouchons. Tout se trouve à moins de 15 minutes en voiture. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour l’accueil

Agréable séjour

Location bien équipée, propre, au calme et bien située, commerces à pied ; cadeau de bienvenue apprécié. (A noter pour les adeptes du petit écran, la télé ne passe pas bien.) Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
