Nestled between the dynamic energy of the Pacific Ocean and the calm of Mission Bay, it’s the juxtaposition of two amazing worlds (just steps away from each other in opposite directions from the house). An ideal getaway with the full gamut of beach pleasures. Immediate access to boating, surfing, biking, restaurants, shops, and more. Walk out the door and you’re steps from where you want to be.

The home is furnished and designed for comfortable beach living. It includes a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, three separate sleeping quarters and a one vehicle garage.

The master bedroom occupies the entire third floor with a king size bed, full bathroom, and private outdoor patio with a bay view.

The middle floor has the main living room with a single window AC unit, the kitchen, a half bathroom, an additional bedroom, and an outdoor patio. The bedroom here has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin above. It’s typically suitable for a single guest or children, although it's sometimes used for couples.

The bottom floor has a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom. The garage is accessed here.

The ground floor frontage patio is set up to barbecue, relax and enjoy the vibe of the beach community.

Bay boating options are many: catamarans, wind surfing, kayaks, ski boats, jet skis, etc. All ready to rent and launch at Santa Clara Point, a close walk. You can sail in the bay or out into the Pacific Ocean, or just walk over to the ocean side with a surfboard.

Hop on a bike and you can travel for miles on both the bay and ocean boardwalks, crossing over from one to the other at whim.

Enjoy your aprés sea at renowned restaurants, bars, and coffee houses in the historic Mission Beach Business District, which is where you are, just steps away like the ocean and bay. A latte, a margarita, prime rib, fish, pizza, tacos, all at your fingertips. There’s no reason to leave the beach area, as everything is readily available by barely moving.

But if you are inclined to explore all of San Diego there is much to offer, and it’s a short drive to La Jolla, downtown San Diego, Coronado, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and many other desired locales.
