This spacious studio is part of a small 2 building complex built in the 1880's on a quiet road. The studio sits atop a hill with 6 acres and a trail down to the Connecticut River. Updated to be cozy and meet your day to day needs, there is a full size bed, living room furnishings, cable TV, full bathroom and studio size kitchen. Spacious closet makes it easy to store items.
The ideal location. Peaceful, yet 2 minutes from food shopping and stores and 5 minutes from the highway. Different ski resorts within a 30 to 35 minute drive and plenty of summer activities in the area. Great for professionals, hunters, skiiers, or just those passing through.

We purchased this property in 2016 as it neighbored our grandmother's house that we had been fixing up. The rich history in the buildings inspired us to fix the apartments up to share with visitors the same enjoyment we get when visiting this quaint part of Vermont.
Why they chose this property
The property sits on 6 acres which most of which run along the Connecticut River. There are 2 buildings on the property which house a total of 7 units. Four of the units currently contain full time residents, while 3 of the units, varying in size, have been set up for short term vacation renters.
The buildings were built in the 1880's and although some transformations over the years have occurred, much of the quality craftsmanship remains.
