Our home is a 2,400 sq ft two story home with five bedrooms and 3.5 restrooms. We have a beautiful pool and spa, nice outdoor hang out area with patio furniture both in the front and backyard. Our backyard is the perfect hang out area! We love spending our summers outdoors in our pool.

Our home is located 1.7 miles away from the Empire Polo Grounds. We have plenty of stores, gas stations, pharmacies less than 2 miles away. It is a perfect location to enjoy our beautiful Coachella Valley desert! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. Our neighbors are all Coachella Fest friendly. We love our home very much and we hope that you will too! Please note: Please, please, no smoking of any kind inside the house! Smoking is okay anywhere outside of the house as long as you pick up after yourselves. No horseplaying, diving, running out in the backyard, no food in the pool or hot tub, no glass in the pool or hot tub, no jumping off the roof. Be cautious when walking into the house with wet feet, floor is very slippery when wet! ****We are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen on the property******.
