Bedrooms:

On the main floor, a sleeping area with a convenient queen-size bed caters to those avoiding stairs, ensuring easy accessibility and comfort for guests with mobility concerns.

The 2nd floor:

The master bedroom offers the indulgence of a spacious King Bed, a cozy sitting area, and a dedicated workspace. Each of the three additional bedrooms is furnished with a lavish king-size bed. Furthermore, the open loft area accommodates flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen-size sleeper sofa and two chairs that transform into twin beds. These sleeping arrangements guarantee a restful and luxurious stay.

All beds are adorned with high-quality linens and mattresses, prioritizing your comfort and enjoyment.

The house features three bathrooms, one providing convenient and private access to the master suite, another in the 2nd-floor hallway for easy access to guests on that floor, and one on the first floor. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring a comfortable experience.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. The storage cabinets located in the game are for the owners. Guests do not have access to the cabinets.

Does the house have a BBQ and an outside eating area?

Located outside the kitchen there is a gas BBQ available for your use. There is also an outside eating area available for your use.

Can we have parties at the home?

Guest Count must be accurate contractually. Only registered guests on the AIRBNB application are permitted. No unregistered guests or overnight guests are permitted. If guests are found to be hosting a party without the permission of the host, additional cleaning charges will be charged to the guest, and in the unfortunate event of the disruption alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Is there a fire pit available for use?

Yes, there is a fire pit available for use on the patio.

Pool/Spa Heating

During the winter months, the pool runs approx. 60 degrees. Pool heating is available to 85 degrees for an additional $50/night. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes longer in the winter to heat.
The spa can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. Pool towels are provided.

The pool and the spa heat can be heated at the same time to the set pool temperature. When the spa is turned on and the heat is set higher than the pool temperature the spillover maintains the pool temperature.
