Enclaved on a private beach just across from Isla Mujeres, Villa del Palmar is the ideal retreat for guests that don't want to be in Cancun's busy hotel strip, but still only 25 minutes away from it, and 35 minutes from the airport. The Mayan Ruins at El Meco Archaeological Site and Playa Mujeres Golf Club, designed by Greg Norman, are also just a short ride away. A 5 min walk to the ferry dock and enjoy a day trip to Isla Mujeres which features a turtle farm, swimming with dolphins and whale sharks, as well as a variety of local bars and restaurants and souvenir shops.

Best Family Vacation Ever

I really enjoyed our stay at this resort! My grandkids had a great time with the activities scheduled throughout. And the fact that the resort had elevators and ramps everywhere made it easy for me to move around. I especially appreciated that there were wheelchairs available to borrow at the concierge desk as I was able to go along when visiting the sites nearby with the rest of the family. Really great detail! Couldn't be happier! Hope to be back again!
