You may safely enjoy our beautiful beach from this huge private, secluded deck and be confident this unit will be sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. Furnishing have been updated but these photos do not show the updated furniture. If you want to see all that our beautiful beach offers, this is the place for you. You will be vacationing on a beautiful sugar white sand beach with your own large private deck sitting right over the sand when you select 'By The Beautiful Sea' for your beachfront vacation. This one bedroom, 1 story ground floor town home is perfect for a private and peaceful get away for 2. Wonderful Honeymoon Location that has been enjoyed by many newlyweds.

The townhome is fronted by 300 feet of pristine beach with beautiful unobstructed views for miles. It is ideal for couples seeking a private and peaceful retreat.

The spacious private attached deck is furnished with a dining table with chairs, and 2 chaise lounges ' Extra beach seating and umbrella can be found in the closet. You can't get any closer to the shore than this charming Gulf front town home.

This is a GATED community. Couples enjoy the added privacy and quiet of being on the west end corner with no foot traffic passing by their windows or deck.
Two free reserved parking spaces are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR for easy off-loading of luggage. A charcoal grill is located just a few yards from the front door.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. On site laundry facilities are in the same building.

Location is everything. Not only is this town home on the beach, it is in walking distance from Destin's premier shopping and dining area and Destin Commons Mall. Popular family attractions are close by.

The beach is not crowded because there are only 23 units in this one story complex. The guest population is small because all but one unit have one bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out on the soft, cool, silky sand and build sandcastles. The sand is not hot under your feet and beach is free of the congestion and noise found on many beaches.

Capri is the best value for a direct beachfront condo or town home in Destin. For a romantic getaway, or vacation, come to Capri. You will love the beach and large private deck! We are located in Destin's most sought after beach location, Crystal Beach. No high rises here, just private homes, a few low rise condos and town homes.

Avoid stress, hassles and crowds of people associated with many vacation complexes in a unhurried atmosphere. Come and enjoy this peaceful place where you can unwind and refresh yourself. Your heart won't forget the beautiful views and awe-inspiring sunsets that wash across the sky with changes in the color of the water as the sun reaches down towards the horizon.

Great location! Beautiful!

This spot is hard to beat! It's right on the beach with a large deck overlooking the white sandy beach and beautiful emerald green gulf water. It's close to everything, but still has a quiet feel. Wow! My husband and I celebrated our 32nd anniversary here and I plan on celebrating our next one here, too!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was as described and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and overlooking the beautiful Gulf. The kitchen was very well stocked. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Linda was great to work with. We loved the area. Everything is very close by, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants.

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the deck, and it was lovely having a private beach a minute from our door! Everything was just as described. Check-in and check-out were both super easy, and being able to park right in front of our door was a big plus. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, private beach vacation.

Location and VIEW!

The property is a perfect size for 2 people. The private deck is awesome.... (assuming the group in the large house 6 ft. away are considerate).... the king bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is fine. The kitchen is adequately stocked and parking right outside your door can't be beat! Mear steps to the sand and gulf (we forgot to count). The only thing I will wait for before booking this property again is new living room and kitchen furniture (I did let the owner know, I'm not just dropping this on her). The green couch is extremely uncomfortable and 'tired' and the brown chair is just as bad. Of the 2 kitchen chairs 1 is coming apart. The couple cold and windy days keeping us inside made for really sore hips..... but like I said, it's a great property.... it just needs some attention. Linda was always available and responsive.

Awesome view and access!

Loved the location of this property. We could sit on the outdoor deck and feel like we were on the beach it was so close! The small apartment had everything we needed and was very nice. There were restaurants all around us and we never had a bad meal! Loved Crystal Beach!

My wife and I were looking for a break away from SC cold and routine. We found it at this location. It is a little dated but very comfortable and right on the beach. My bride was able to use her sewing machine close to the deck. We plan on returning next year and thank the owner, Linda for her help and advice.

Capri #116 is the best little place for two to getaway! Best beachfront view with beach service and added pleasure of seeing dolphins swim by right off the deck! Don’t think about it... just book it! Great location with Amazing Views

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sun rise and set and walk along the beach with easy access. The apartment is quaint and perfect for two people. All of the seasonal neighbours were extremely friendly as well.

Beach Front!!! Huge deck and pretty much private beach for Capri renters.

We were there July 4th week busiest time of the year and still had a wonderful time. Prime location right near Destin Commons. Sweet 1 bedroom with incredible ocean front views and biggest deck you will find in that area. Owner Is super nice and helpful with all processes. Cannot wait to go back.

This unit, #116, was outstanding. It was clean, more than well equipped, very comfortable and extremely quiet. The included beach service was an added bonus. The deck was perfect for evening drinks and morning dolphin watching! Owner communication was courteous and prompt. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

Capri Getaway

We decided to use VRBO to find the perfect place for our 25th anniversary. After talking with Linda we found that this would be a great place for relaxing on the deck, walking the beach and riding our bikes on the long sidewalk nearby. It fit the bill! Linda was so helpful in suggesting places to see, restaurants to try, and making sure that our stay was wonderful.

great vacation

What a great place to spend a relaxing vacation with all our wants within walking distance or a short drive. The Capri was very clean and we watched dolphins daily from the deck over the beach. We saw both sunrise and sunset from the deck which is unbelievable. The bars and restaurants were most attentive and the food was very good. Can't wait to book our next visit and for longer we hope.

Our First Visit to the Panhandle

A beautifully kept and recently renovated and updated unit on the beach. We met the owner and she obviously is proud of her property and maintains it immaculately. sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful gulf waters and pure white sand beaches is delightful. It was an enjoyable experience.

Very nice, quiet and right on the beach with front door parking! Close to everything. While we were there the first of Feb, the weather was not great. Still we were able to get in a walk on the beach and eat breakfast on the deck. Even saw some dolphins playing one afternoon. The rooms are large and bed very comfortable. My only complaint, and it's really more of a suggestion, is that you don't mention this is a revitalized motel. We actually were looking for a townhouse or cottage, some sort of separate house. Instead it looks like an old motel from the 50s that has been redone. Nothing wrong with that. We thought it was kind of cool! But we actually drove by it and had to call for directions because we didn't know what we were looking for. Once inside, it really does feel very private and peaceful. We look forward to coming back one day when the weather is nicer!

Beachfront Beauty

Having seen this property from walking the beach, we often thought it would be nice to stay there. We just did so, and hope to return again. The unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. We particularly enjoyed watching the spectacular sunsets from the private deck. If you want easy access to the beach and all the comforts of home, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back !

Absolutely Awesome

My wife and I were very happy that we chose this property for our vacation. First, it is located inside of a gated community. Security is not a problem whatsoever. The home was very cozy and had all that we needed. The bedroom has a huge bed and the couch in the living room is very comfortable as well. The kitchen is very well stocked and the air conditioner worked great. We loved getting up at sunrise every morning, stepping out onto a HUGE beachfront porch and watched the sun come up over the horizon. This is a must book! I would highly recommend it to anyone and I would book again without blinking.

Peaceful getaway

What a cute little place! I have always stayed in this area and this offering is a great little gem. The beach service is GREAT and private deck is great for early morning coffee and late evening drinks. The best part, in my opinion, is that the beach is not so crowded in this area - there are only a few units in this complex, and although there is a public beach access close, it is small, so the beach really is quiet and relaxing! I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing getaway

The best and most relaxing vacation I've ever taken.

This property was exactly what I was looking for. Parking was right in front of my door; which made unloading and loading the car so convenient. The beach was literally steps away from my door. The deck was great for watching sunrises & sunsets (it could use a little maintenance though as there were several screws that needed to be replaced). It was a small private facility, no high rises. The unit could use some updating but that really didn't matter. It was perfect for my getaway and I'll definitely return. This time of year was the best, not very crowded. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Enjoyed every minute of my 7 days!!!

Beautiful and Quiet

After three years of not being able to go anywhere due to layoffs and surgery my first vacation was to go back to the beach. I'm 50 years of age now and not exactly into the party life. Rather, I wanted a quiet place on the beach where I could read, relax, and do whatever came to mind on the spur of the moment. It's small, right on the beach, has it's own deck which I spent most of my time lounging on, a table which is great for having coffee during sunrise and watching the sandpipers running back and forth. Oh, I even saw a school of dolphins early one morning! The week was too short so I'm planning to go back next year. So if you are looking for relaxation away from everything this is the place. Just don't rent the same week that I'M going to be there. LOL!!! :) Before I forget, Linda, your hostess is wonderful. She went out of her way and she really didn't need to for me but this is the kind of service, that extra touch that makes one come back time and again. Thank you Linda.

You are not going to find a more comfortable one bedroom on the beach and located in the most sought after beach area in Destin, Crystal beach. Plus the largest private deck in the area unless you want to rent a 6+ bedroom beach house. Everything is convenient to this location and you might not even need a car. Bike rental is available a block away, Kayaks and Jet Skis can be rented on the beach.
