Area is absolutely safe and supermarkets, shopping center, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bus stop are just around the corner.
Beautiful sandy beach where you can swim safely and also enjoy kayaking, parasailing, riding on a banana, jets, horseback riding is only 7 min by foot.
Available for guests:
1st bedroom with king size bed, TV, private bathroom and walk-in-closet, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, 3rd bedroom with one single bed; bathroom with shower, living room with dining for 6, kitchen, laundry room, terrace with table and 4 chairs.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area or you can cook your own meals in fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven and microwave.
Spacious living room with dining for 6, TV (100 channels of cable TV, including 34 English-speaking ones), sofa.
Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Terrace with a table and 4 chairs, access to the garden and a swimming pool with sunbeds and palapa area, tennis court.
(Beach) towels and bed linen are included and you can make use of a washing machine, iron or a hair dryer.
Please, be advised, that there is no A/C in the apartment, only the ceiling fans. For winter/spring it’s more than enough, as there is a nice breeze and apartment is well-located, not in direct sun.

Zona Hotelera Norte is a very safe neighborhood with excellent bus connections to any part of PV or other cities. Bus stop is just around the corner and you’ll be in the city center just in 15 minutes.
Near the house you can catch a direct bus to such popular tourist places like Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Sayulita.
"El Salado", urban estuary where you can observe a tropical mangrove forest and even crocodiles is 10 minutes away! (2 hour tours to be booked in advance).
Being outside of the old center has its advantages: infrastructure is great here! Supermarkets Soriana and Walmart, shopping center Gallerias, pharmacies and a modern hospital in case of emergency are just few minutes walk from the apartment.
Beautiful and sparking clean beach is less than 7 minutes by foot and half of the way is in the shade of palm trees alley and hotel buildings. Swimming is perfectly safe in this area (lifeguards are present, just in case!) and there are numerous sports at your disposal: kayaking, parasailing, riding on a banana, jets, horseback riding etc.
You can also enjoy the sun in our community garden. Large (heated) swimming pool is available until 10 p.m. and there are sunbeds at your disposal. You are kindly asked to keep noise to a reasonable level in the pool area. If you would like to play tennis, condominium has a tennis court available.
Please, be advised that windows of two bedrooms are facing the ocean (unfortunately, no ocean view due to a low floor), but also a road about 150 m away. There can be some noise from cars, not excessive though. I am a sensitive sleeper myself, but never had any problems with it.
In general, pets are not allowed but of you have a small (and well-behaving) dog, we could discuss it.
There is a vacuum cleaner, mop etc, but you can also arrange a cleaning lady for 300 pesos (USD 16). Please, contact Sandra, condominium administrator.
