The adjacent dining room offers plenty of seating for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal or round of cards with its chic, built-in booth that backs up to the kitchen bar. The kitchen perfectly pairs convenience with contemporary flair. It is outfitted with stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, sleek white counters, and ceiling height cabinets.

The ground floor offers a separate mother-in-law suite that is accessible only from the back main floor balcony. It's perfect for guests that have multiple families staying together as it can be utilized as a completely separate unit. A second living area with a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and bar accommodate a family all its own. A built-in twin bunk bed is also located in the main area and a bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle is just off the living room. The balcony on this floor leads to the beach access and also features stunning views!

Make your way to the third floor where you'll find two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. One room faces the gulf and has a private balcony with rocking chairs. Each bathroom features an upgraded shower with a rainfall shower head. This home has been fully upgraded to exceed the needs of its guests.

Centered between Pompano Joe's and Frangista Beach, Splash of Lime offers easy access to some of the area's finest shopping and dining options. Gulf-front restaurants and eateries such as Whale's Tail and Frozen Dune Ice Cream Shop are just a short walk away. Take a drive in either direction down Scenic 98 and you'll find yourself at shopping malls like the Silver Sands Premium Outlets or the Destin Commons. Very nice accommodations

We enjoyed the property and the close proximity to the water. The unit was clean and nicely appointed and what we were expecting. The biggest issue was entire families coming onto the property and setting up who didn’t notice it was a private area. While there was available beach front literally yards away, we and our neighbors could hardly get to the reserved chairs and umbrellas provided for us for the week. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

Disappointing to say the least

We were so excited upon arriving at this property. The minute we walked in …..we walked into bugs on the counter and floor and unfortunately it wasn’t just any bug. It was roaches. I called….and they didn’t have anywhere for us to go bc of Fall break. They didnt offer us a place either. They knew about the problem bc they had traps out already. So why weren’t we contacted prior to arrival? As you know if you get those in your home, it’s so hard to get rid of! So from the start I was having to keep everything out of the way in hopes of not bringing them home. They were crawling on our food and cookware. I called every day for a week and finally spoke to the manager on Thursday. (We arrived Saturday) He sent out pest control Thursday so we decided to leave a day early bc they were coming out and dying in front of us. He offered a 25% discount which to me was very low. But at least he offered something. This post is just to make you aware! This unit does in fact have roaches and we killed so many of them. It’s frustrating and gross. Just be aware. I don’t have bugs at home and I sure didn’t enjoy paying as much money as I did to deal with them in my vacation rental. ***Also I never ever leave bad reviews so this is hard for me! I don’t like to complain but this was to much and I feel the next ones coming need to be made aware.

Great beach access!

Parking is a concern, but we really enjoyed the condo. Enough room for family to play board games, and be apart when we needed space.

Great way to get all the kids together!

This was our 15th trip to Miramar Beach, but the first time with our 3 year old grandson. All of our adult children came, as well. Everything was fantastic! The apartment on the lower level was perfect for when a tired toddler needed a break from the beach or needed to be put to bed away from the noise of the rest of the group. The location was fantastic, as our kids love to walk to the various beach bars as well as it’s proximity to all the shopping at Alvin’s. The property management company (5 star properties) was exceptional! Don’t hesitate to use them for any of your rental needs!!

Great beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time yet again at Costa Del Sol. The condo was roomy and had a great view of course. Our only complaint is that we are to have a private beach, however other vacationers continuously set up in front of the condos with no respect to the posted signs. There should be someone posted to make sure the beach stays private, as that is something we are paying for.
