Welcome to Pirate's Perch at Costa del Sol C-7!

This newly renovated townhome is directly on your own private beach and offers casual elegance and the most beautiful views on the Emerald Coast. Our home is centrally located in Miramar Beach and easy walking distance to the world-famous Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tail. In addition, there are amazing restaurants, golf and shopping located nearby.

Pirate's Perch is located in Costa del Sol, a private townhome community, located directly on the beaches of Miramar. You have private access to our beautiful sugar white sand and breathtaking sunsets. Our home is newly remodeled winter/spring 2022 with new decks, furniture, lighting, and kitchen accessories. There are 2 beautiful decks overlooking the emerald waters and ready for your family to enjoy with direct access to grill, televisions in each room, and a great selection of family games, books and beach toys to use while vacationing.

The interior of Pirate's Perch features elegant coastal decor sure to make you relax while enjoying the most incredible views from your bedroom, living room and decks. There is a washer and dryer available.

Our home sleeps 8 and is kid friendly! Reservation cannot exceed 8 guests which includes children/infants per Walton County STR and fire code. Any reservation over 8 guests will be asked to leave and forfeit stay/refund.

1st floor - Main level opens from parking lot and includes fully stocked open kitchen with dining table, half bath, living room with sofa that includes a tempurpedic bed for two, a large television/wifi, balcony with outside patio furniture, outdoor grill, and beach chairs/umbrellas.

2nd floor - Master Suite includes king size bed, dresser, nightstands, coffee bar, television and washer/dryer (in one of two closets) with en suite bathroom leading out to private deck with adirondack chairs and table. Bedroom two has two full size beds (sleeps 4), dresser, table, and television. There is full size tub/shower adjacent to second bedroom.

Complimentary parking is included for up to two standard size vehicles. No trailers, buses, or extra-large vehicles allowed. Note: there is no overflow parking available, although additional parking may be found at any of the public lots in Miramar Beach.

Beach in front of our home is private and available to guests only. No tents or canopies allowed, however there are beach umbrellas and chairs available for you to use.

Our home is a smoke-free (including vapes) residence inside home and on decks. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We include complimentary starter set of paper towels, toiletries, and bathroom/bedroom linens. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

This property is PET-FREE! Please note if any person is found to have a pet in our home or on the property, we will ask you to leave immediately and you will forfeit your stay without refund.

This property has ring doorbell facing parking lot at front of home. Device actively records audio/video and notifies of movement or ringing doorbell. There are two cameras rear basement deck overlooking beach and record video/audio movement per the HOA complex. Any tampering, including but not limited to, covering/disabling are grounds for termination of stay without refund.
