It was incredible to be able to ski in and ski out without having to get in the car! The resort is gorgeous and the unit itself was very clean. The staff was so attentive in terms of car and ski valet. We had dinner one night at of the restaurants on site and it was excellent. It’s a pricey place to stay and my only complaint was that we couldn’t use the fitness facilities unless we paid an exorbitant fee per person.

Holiday Week Ski Trip

The condo at The Lodge at Spruce Peak was the perfect location for our holiday week. It is cozy, but our family of 6 fit and we loved the location right in the middle of the Stowe action. The ski valet is a key perk and makes the logistics of skiing with a family much easier. The pool and hot tubs were also a hit with the kids.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was so nice to have more space than a standard hotel room but still be able to use the hotel amenities. The place was very clean and organized. The kitchen supplies were limited however, so bring anything you think you’d need to cook. Overall, it was a great trip!

Spotless, well stocked kitchen...all the pans that our daughter needed to cook with. Decor is beautiful, water pressure was wonderful, sheets were high quality, pillows perfect. Was at one end of Lodge, so we got our exercise in, but we needed it, so it was perfect. The views were spectacular, part of that being no obstructed views. Big sofa for all to sit on to watch movies at night. Thank you!

Cute one bedroom condo with ridiculously tall second bedroom.

Maybe some people like being in a room that’s 20 feet high and has giant racks of faux moose antlers hung over the head of each bed. A single moose antler bedside lamp, but otherwise no lighting in this voluminous room.I stayed in the unit with my 22-year-old son, but felt much too creepy and cold to stay in the tall, dark room. Instead I slept on the couch in the living room which was cozy and warm . I wish we could have taken this as a one-bedroom unit.The owner/hotel should duplex the tall room—have a couch and kitchen below and a sleeping loft above.

Not a perfect stay

The condo itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. However, we didn’t realize that when renting through VRBO, that not all amenities would be included ie: the fitness center. My teenage son was given a hard time about working out in the gym. I’m addition, the locks were changed during our stay and we were not informed of this. We had to get new keys made at the desk after being locked out of our unit.

Wonderful Experience

Family traveled to Stowe for a few Ski Days and an Eclipse Day. We were actually able to see the Eclipse from the unit's balcony ! Amazing. We were so fortunate to find this property. It was perfectly prepared prior to our arrival with plenty of space for the four of us. The always appreciated basics already in the kitchen were great too. The high ceiling bedroom was a real treat for my Mother in Law and daughter. A little about Spruce Peak Lodge. Even on a very busy few days they spoiled us. With the valet of the car and transporting our luggage to and from the room even in the mayhem. The Ski Shop also was A+ from start to finish. Perfect customer service 24/7. We had the best time. Thank you !
