Downtown Lake Eola Historic House 1 OR 2 BED

Price is based off of 1 bedroom if you need the second bedroom you have to put in over 3 guests to get it as it’s extra. This is done to keep the cost down bc most people only need 1 bedroom This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena (about a 10 min walk), Publix and Lake Eola. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses silverware etc. (no stove). Hulu w showtime, Netflix, amazon prime and a digital antenna. Signed rental agreement and ID will be required to book.

A nice stay in a great location.

The house is situated a block away from Lake Eola and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and even a Publix within walking distance. The room was clean and well furnished.

It’s an amazing place! A historic house in an excellent location with everything you need inside. It doesn’t have a stove, but it has a microwave. Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.

A great location! Park your car in the driveway and leave it. You can walk to the lake, farmer’s market on Sunday, grocery store, restaurants and more! Place was clean and comfy. Small kitchenette and living room area. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly.

Great location!

Great location with parking included! I didn't need my car once I got there. Walked to the grocery store, to restaurants and meetings. The Sunday farmer's market is fun to check out. Bedroom had enough space so I didn't feel cramped with my bags, kitchenette was just enough to reheat leftovers and have tea/coffee. When I travel and need to be in Lake Eola area, this is where I will stay.

We would definitely stay again. We live in Jax, and came down to run The Best Damn Race. The starting line was literally a 5 minute walk, Publix, and dining are a block away, not to mention Beautiful lake eola...

This was a great option for my friend and I who were traveling. It had two separate bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and a nice seating area. It’s pretty much in downtown, we walked very easily to the Orlando magic stadium and there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance around the home. would definitely stay here again, and I really appreciated the communication from the property management company.

Perfect Location

Very easy to find, historical home in a quiet neighborhood tucked between the ever growing city. A coffee shop around the corner, and right down the street is Lake Eola for a morning or evening stroll. A Publix grocery store just steps away. The home is very secure, with off street parking, comfortable bed, couch and air conditioning. Everything about our stay was just right. beautiful Lake Eola
