Fantastic location, short walks to town, beaches and Calanques. Amazing views and outdoor kitchen/pool setup was perfect for our family of four. Eager to return.

Lovely

This is a beautifully furnished apartment with breathtaking views. The outdoor kitchen by the pool is fantastic.However the listing doesnt make it clear that the owners/ relatives live upstairs. The location is great , 10 to 15 minutes to the harbour centre downhill on the way, a bit steep on the way back. We had no issue with the on street parking, the owner provided a permit.Cassis is beautiful

Super verblijf. Heerlijk zwembad en lekker diep 180m om te duiken. Erg mooi uitzicht op de baai. Absolute top locatie, 10 min naar strand en 15 naar restaurants en bakker. We zijn ook vanuit het huis naar de calanques gewandeld. Eigenaren zijn flexibel en erg behulpzaam. keuken (binnen en buiten) is erg ruim uitgerust. Ook al staat er dat de eigenaren op de boven etage verblijven hebben we ze hekel aan niet opgemerkt. Voelt helemaal privé. Zouden zeker weer een keer gaan.

Prima villa, van alle gemakken voorzien

We hebben een prima vakantie gehad in Cassis. De villa is modern en met een prachtig uitzicht. Het was voor ons de 2e keer dat we er verbleven en ik zou zeker een 3e keer overwegen. Het ligt 10 minuten lopen van het haventje af. Terug is wel iets langer (berg op) maar is nog goed te doen. Het zwembad was weer heerlijk, de buitenkeuken zeer prettig. Alles ruim voorzien van borden/bestek/glazen. Prima lokatie!

Ein grandioses Haus in unvergleichlicher Lage mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Wir haben unsere Familienferien extrem genossen Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet, es hat eine Vielzahl verschiedener Sitzgelegenheiten vom Pool / Poolhaus mit Außenküche bis zur Frühstücksterrasse und unter alten Bäumen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Weg in den Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten absolviert. Alles einfach perfekt.

Fijne villa met prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad

De villa is de benedenverdieping van het gebouw. Boven woont de eigenaar die het verhuurt. Je hebt als huurder de gehele beneden verdieping inclusief terrassen, zwembad en poolhouse/buitenkeuken voor jezelf. Van de eigenaar heb je geen last, het is overigens een hele aardige man. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 1 toilet binnen. De keuken is prima en ruim voorzien van servies en bestek. De buitenkeuken is dat ook nog eens (inclusief eigen vaatwasser) dus je hebt altijd genoeg spullen om te eten. De woonkamer met prachtig uitzicht op zee door de grote glazen panelen is wat druk ingericht met veel schilderijen, beelden en kasten. Er staat een grote tv waar ook Netflix op beschikbaar is. Binnen is de wifi prima, helaas bij het zwembad is er geen ontvangst. De badkamers zijn prima, netjes, met een douche, geen bad. Er is maar 1 toilet binnen, er is nog wel een toilet buiten achter het poolhouse. Op de terrassen rondom het huis staan in totaal wel 20 stoelen met tafeltjes. Heerlijk om 's ochtends een kopje koffie te drinken met uitzicht op zee terwijl het dorp ontwaakt en de eerste boten de zee op gaan. Je kunt niet op het terrein zelf parkeren helaas. De eigenaar heeft wel een kaart waarmee je kosteloos op straat kunt parkeren. Het straatje is in het weekend erg druk, dus dan kun je de auto het best laten staan. Vanuit de villa loop je in ongeveer 10 minuten naar de bakker in het centrum. Vooral terug is het wel eventjes stappen want dan loop je tegen de berg op. Het dorpje is erg leuk, met veel restaurants, leuk haventje en de mogelijkheid om te wandelen naar de Calanques. Ook hiervoor moet je wel stevige kuiten hebben. Als je die niet hebt kun je beter een bootje huren (klein bootje voor 100 euro/3 uur) en per boot de Calanques invaren. Het zwembad is heerlijk en nog best diep (meer dan 2 meter in het midden). Je kunt er ok prima in duiken. Al met al hebben we een prima vakantie daar gehad!
