Blue Shadows is situated on 320 acres just outside of Greensboro, Alabama. Large pecan trees, azaleas, gardenias, and magnolia trees fill the front and back yards. This quiet and secluded haven has a formal garden, nature trails that wind around the lake and through the forest, large barn and a 14 acre lake for kayaking & sport fishing. Accommodations include a 3 room guesthouse with many amenities.
Corona Virus Safety:
The Blueshadows guesthouse is a carriage house separate from the main house. We're taking extra measures to clean and disinfect the guesthouse for each of our guest(s). We have outdoor seating arranged in spread out groups so that you can enjoy refreshments and conversation while social distancing.

In town for a wedding and enjoyed staying at the carriage house. Will rent again. Bonus…A sweet outside dog named Bobby greeted us coming and going! A treat!

Large pecan trees, azaleas, gardenias, and magnolia trees fill the front and back yards. This quiet and secluded haven has a formal garden, nature trail, large barn and a 14 acre lake for sport fishing. Accommodations include a 3 room guesthouse with many amenities. Breakfast is continental style provided for you in the guesthouse.
Our sisters Melissa or Roxanne will be your host, my brother and I manage the online reservations. Our parents are no longer with us now but we as a family continue the family business of hosting guests, providing a sanctuary to experience rural Alabama and relax. Breakfast is continental style. Thanks for letting us know your ETA.
