About this property

1908 home in St Paul's most desirable neighborhood. The house has been restored to historic charm on the outside. Inside the decor and furnishings are modern and comfortable. The house is 1,500 square feet. There are two (and a half--the third is very small) bedrooms on the second floor as well as a full bathroom with a claw foot tub and shower. The first floor includes, a living room, dining room, a four season porch/sun room, a half bathroom, and updated kitchen as well as everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home (except the ingredients). The basement has been completely remodel and features a fireplace, large screen television, and wet bar. The basement also has a full bathroom. The rental includes premium cable, high-speed internet, and WIFI access. A single space is provided for off-street parking.

As amazing as this home is, the neighborhood and location are even better. Located in historic St Paul, it is less than 3.5 miles to downtown St Paul and 7.2 miles to US Bank (Viking) Stadium in Minneapolis. The house is just off of Grand Ave, a street with some of St Paul's best and favorite shops, restaurants, and bars.

The house is half a block from a bus stop and 1.5 miles to a light rail stop that takes you to US Bank Stadium, Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St. Paul, Mall of America and the International Airport (MSP).
