Wonderful week in palm beach

Had a great week staying at this property. We were on the ground floor, it was very quiet. Very easy to get pool chairs in the morning and towels from the hut. The location is perfect as there are so many restaurants to just walk to and taxis are readily available. My only complaint was the check in process…. our friends names were on the reservation and they got there a couple hours before my husband and I. They would not allow them to check in until I was there. This was certainly inconvenient for them. Beyond that it was a wonderful week I would definitely go back.

Awesome rental at Aruba Ocean Club

This was a great rental for our family of 5 right at the Marriott Ocean Club. While you aren't guaranteed a specific unit when booking, we got lucky with a 3rd floor Ocean front 2 bedroom unit. The unit was exactly as advertised.... spacious, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed perfect for a family holiday. This was a very easy rental process and great communication with VRBO owner/Rental company. I'd definitely book this one again.

Absolutely perfect

my family and i decided to go to aruba with my parents for a week. we had never been before and wanted a villa with an ocean view that we all could share. my biggest concern was that we would get there and we would be put in a condo on the ground floor facing a parking lot. other places i called could not guarantee the view i wanted. finally i got in touch with sue kosko at vrbo and she was absolutely fantastic. she made the whole experience stress free and easy. she went above and beyond to assure me that the listing would be as i expected and it was perfect. plenty of room for all of us...balcony overlooking the pool and beach. the villa was clean and well stocked. we all had a wonderful time. thank you sue!!!

Ocean Club was very nice. Rooms were clean and updated. Pools and grounds were nice. Service was good. We did rent with intent to have an ocean view room as stated in the property description, but had absolutely no view of the ocean - on first floor facing part of the pool instead. From chatting with people who referred to themselves as “owners”, the way it goes is that “owners” get the same rooms each time they go. “Renters” usually get put on the first floor. If we hadn’t stayed the previous week at a resort with a great ocean view, we would have been very disappointed. We left a cell phone in the room when we checked out and realized it when we got to the airport and contacted the resort. Had to call back twice to even get someone to say it wasn’t found. Then after getting back to the US and calling 3 times, only to be put on hold for at least 6-7 minutes each time, we contacted the 800 Marriott number. They were helpful and said security at resort said no phone was found. They generated a case for us, and within a few hours we got an email from the resort security that the phone had been found, along with 5 or 6 forms to fill out and send back and a Fed Ex number to contact for charges to get it back. Quite a run around, but lesson learned!

Aruba Marriott Complex

I have been fortunate to stay at the full service Marriott Aruba twice before. I knew how great the property was and how much we love Aruba including the weather, restaurants, and local people. With the full service Marriott being fully booked and traveling with a larger group, we went through VRBO which connected us to Sue at Dash Realty. My major concern was the booking process. However, Sue at Dash was absolutely outstanding and handled everything. There were no issues with our reservation and the stay was hassle-free. I highly recommend it!
