About this property

This Summerville Cottage is available for rent during Masters Week (April 7-April 15, 2019). It is situated perfectly between the National golf course and Downtown Augusta with less than 3 miles to either location. It is the perfect location to unwind after a day of golf.

There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has a full futon. There is also a twin bed in the laundry room area.

There is a great settee on the front porch to unwind or space to enjoy a fire in the backyard in the evening. Within walking distance to Buona Caffe, a great coffee shop and Southbound Smokehouse, a fantastic BBQ lunch spot.

Masters stay.

Hannah has a nice, clean, modest home about 2-3 miles from the Masters golf course. Not walkable but It is very easy to drive the short distance to the course from her house. You also drive away from most traffic after the day at the course. She did a nice job getting the house ready for us. House is close to a couple bars that Hannah pointed out to us. We enjoyed our visit. Great spot for Masters week.
