Marriott Summit Watch Resort is in the heart of the downtown Park City Main Street area. 2-bedroom villa with full kitchen, living area, master suite, Guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Facility includes heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs and game room for kids. Washer/Dryer. Fitness center. Parking. The villa offers convenient ski-in/out access to Park City Mountain via Town Lift. Park City Mountain is part of Vail's Epic Pass. Deer Valley Resort is just a couple of miles away and is easily reached using the free Park City bus.

The villa includes three cable flat-screen TVs, fully furnished kitchen, living, and dining areas. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large bathroom with separate tub, shower, and vanities. The second bedroom is a studio configuration with a king bed and queen-size sleeper sofa. This bedroom also has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, etc. The main living area includes a sleeper sofa as well.

Enjoy relaxing in a warm hot tub or heated indoor/outdoor pool after a day on the slopes. Then step outside your doorstep to the vast selection of restaurants, night life and galleries on Main Street. This location offers enjoyment for everyone!

Marriott Summit Watch PC

The property was perfect for our stay in PC.Two BR with a large living area. Underground parking was a plus. Close to the lifts and the town. Gavin was very helpful in booking the dates.

Location, location, location!

Unit is located within a short walk to the town lift and everything that Main Street Park City has to offer. We rented equipment right at Town Lift Rentals where they offer free ski valet at the end of the day. We enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within several minutes walk from the front door. Hot tubs at the end of the day were fantastic. The unit was very comfortable, clean and spacious with large master suite and another 1 bedroom lockout with kitchenette. I could not imagine a better location for a ski vacation. The only negative, and it’s not a reflection on the unit at all, is that the town lift ran very slowly making for a sometimes frustrating 1st ride up the mountain in the morning. I should also add that Gavin was extremely responsive and helpful answering questions and providing suggestions for our trip. Would definitely rent again.
