The home was built over 100 years ago and many of the upgrades have been made in accordance with the historic location and design of the original home, but with all modern amenities. All bedrooms are replete with beautiful appointments, including high-end sheets and linens.

Located in the Capital Hill neighborhood, this home is a short walk to some of Denver's most sought-after restaurants and taverns. Check out Stueben's for great food and a happening Denver scene. Or, change it up at Ace for great Asian food and a ping pong game (or two). 17th St is filled with unique restaurants, shopping, and within walking distance. Downtown Denver is only a 10 minute walk, where you'll have access to endless entertainment options. Ideal location for those visiting any attractions in Denver’s vibrant downtown.

Bed Configuration: 2nd floor of house: Main bedroom - Queen, 2nd bedroom - Queen, 3rd bedroom - Single bunk beds, plus single trundle bed. Main floor of the house has a Queen size sleeper sofa (the room has a closeable door).

The backyard has a grill and table/chairs. The backyard is filled with wildflowers and tends to have an 'over-grown' keep that in mind before booking.
