Eat-in Kitchenette with natural quartz countertops and backsplash, Italian made gas-cooktop, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and all necessary essentials. Coffee/tea setup included (espresso machine and milk-frother, tea kettle, w/basics re-stocked along with weekly housekeeping service). The apartment has 2 Flat Screen / Smart TVs. One in the Living Room and one in the Bedroom. Cable TV (Comcast Xfinity) with premium channels & on-demand streaming is included at no additional cost -- e.g. HBO, Showtime, Stars, Paramount+, AMC+, and sports channels etc. We have blazing fast FREE Internet that is accessible on WiFi suitable for working from home, video calls, and downloading or uploading large files. Access codes for the WiFi will be provided when you arrive. Our goal is a complete stress-free stay for our guests! The apartment was clean and cozy and perfectly within walking distance to the Denver Botanic Gardens where I was attending a conference and good places to eat (like Illegal Pete's). I'm so glad I found this place to stay!

Cozy Retreat

I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive. I loved the added touch of milk in the fridge for frothing and the heated bathroom floor.

Clean, nicely decorated. Bathroom has heated floors so a nice luxury. Parking on street takes awhile sometimes but always found a spot within 2 blocks. Great place to stay. Nearby parks fantastic.

Beautiful home. I can't wait to come back. Angela was warm, welcoming, and incredible. The little garden apartment was quaint and quiet. There is so much to do within walking distance such as Cheesman Park and Denver Botanical Gardens. The home is only 2 miles from Coors Field and LoDo, so it is far enough away from Downtown that it is quiet and safe but definitely close enough to enjoy all that Denver has to offer.

Outstanding place for couple in historic location

The Pineapple House has been lovingly restored and updated by Angela who in my opinion is a super host from our experience. The location is several blocks from Cheesman Park and about a mile from City Park in Denver who do parks very well. It is so well located we are looking for a condominium for ourselves in this area. Angela was so responsive to our requests we look forward to enjoying her hospitality when we return to visit family. My wife and I are fans of historic preservation and the Pineapple House checks all of the boxes. Our host made it so good we don't need to go anywhere else when we visit Denver.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I were coming to Denver to visit some old friends and just get a break. We found this listing and it had no reviews so we decided to take a chance. The pineapple house is gorgeous and the unit is absolutely perfect. Everything was very very clean, especially the bathroom. Our host was fantastic and had great communication and had supplied the unit with everything you could need for a comfy home away from home. Check in was awesome, all we had to do was enter a code and we were in. The bed was very comfy with great pillows. I know it's a tiny detail but I fell in love with the hosts blankets on the couch. The water in the shower was hot and had great pressure and it was such a pretty little bathroom! The unit was perfectly situated to walk around Denver. Restaurants and bars are super close and the area stayed nice and quiet at night. I highly recommend spending your vacation in this rental!!!!

Perfect location, Perfect Size, Perfect everything

The Basement Apartment was everything I hoped it would be and more! The Stained Glass Features with Built in Day light lighting really helped brighten the place and gave it so much character. The bed was beyond comfortable and the shower and heated floors in the bathroom were fantastic!! The kitchenette is a perfect size and I could easily make a meal and enjoyed it there, had I stayed longer. Expresso machine made delicious coffee, and the wifi was perfect for my remote work! I was even able to do a meeting with no issues! Angela was an amazing hostess! I got to meet her little dachshund Family on my last night and she gave me a tour of the home as well. I don't know how she knew, but I am a sucker for historic homes and the work she's putting into this place to return it back to it's glory and maintain it's character is amazing! I cannot wait to return and hopefully rent the larger apartment with my partner on our next visit to Denver. Pretty sure the Garden level Basement apartment *might* just be my Denver 'Home away from home' when I return solo!

My wife and I stayed here during the week before our wedding at the botanic gardens. It was the perfect place to stay to save a little money before moving into the larger VRBO in the same building. What a great stay!

We have to begin by saying that Angela is the best. Communication was wonderful--she gave us some wonderful suggestions ahead of our visit that helped with our planning. The apartment is in a great location that allowed us to walk to many things in the city and when we drove out to the foothills it was minutes away. We were able to make the cozy kitchenette work for us as a couple who likes to cook when traveling. The heated bathroom floor is a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple House!

Positively Wonderful

We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect! We used Denver as our base and did multiple day trips. The Pineapple House was the perfect location. We found great places close by for breakfast (Onefold and Olive and Finch). Ice cream shoppe around the corner and easy street parking for our rental car. Elevated quality of bedding, towels, new and perfect bathroom design as well as the cutest kitchen. Wonderful attention to detail and amazingly quick response from owner when we needed something. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. You won’t regret it!
