5 bedroom, 3000+ sq. ft home, with amazing Gulf views, and beach access located right out the back door featuring high end finishes and amenities. This home has over 700 sq. feet of porches, with spacious outdoor living and dining areas, including a large gas grill on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf. The gourmet kitchen is complete with a 48" Thermador gas range, huge island and two separate dishwashers. There are two separate living room areas and two complete master suites with king beds. The 3rd floor master suite has its own private kitchenette and balcony overlooking the Gulf with a swinging bed. There are also 2 cozy Queen suites. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with 6 bunks, individual charging stations for electronics, a TV, and separate living area. The Summer's Edge neighborhood has two community pools, both very close-by, and one is heated. Tall Cotton has parking for up to (4) four cars. This house is centrally located south of 30A in Seagrove Beach.

The house was amazing. Was enough room for everyone and more. Very close to the beach. Would stay there again! Everyone had an amazing time💕

Great house and great location!

House is gorgeous and exactly as portrayed in listing description and pictures! One thing to note (not the fault of the house/owner) is the new beach rules of public v. private. The public portion of the beach is very small and gets crowded very early. As in, nowhere to sit level of crowded. This was easily solved by just renting chairs for $40/day on the private portion of the beach in front of house. By renting just one set of chairs for the day, your spot is guaranteed for your whole party. Quick fix! Not a big deal at all, just something to note as you’re planning your trip. Highly recommend this house! We will be back!

Fantastic (again)!

This is our second time staying here and it is fantastic. Very roomy, feet from the beach, very communicative owners. Just lovely. The bonus was a very fully stocked kitchen which made Thanksgiving prep a breeze. Thanks for letting us stay!

Fantastic family reunion

The location of this property is amazing! We had a great family trip here, with 14 people between the ages of 1 - 67. Everyone had plenty of space, it was a quick walk back and forth to the beach and both pools. Loved waking up to the beach views every day. Kitchen and home was overall well stocked for our groups needs. Cleanliness could be improved and while we did have one or two minor Issues, the property owners were very responsive and quick acting for resolutions. We love 30A and would consider this home to rent again!
