Quiet Beach Block Townhouse - Sleeps 8

1st Floor master walks out back to ground level deck with table, chairs, gas grills and umbrella. Personal storage shed has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach games. Large outside shower with hot and cold water for those long days on the beach. All beds have been recently replaced on 1st floor. 2nd floor has newly remodeled kitchen with breakfast island. Great room for dining and lounging with 3 couches, one having a pull out sofa that sleeps 2, and a 65" 1080i flat screen TV with Bose sound. 2nd floor also has a walk out deck with outdoor lounge chairs and an umbrella great for sunrise morning breakfast.

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

House is exactly like described and as shown in the pictures. everything was clean and there is pretty much anything you would need for your stay. The host Scott was quick to respond with answers to questions. We had 6 adults and the house was perfect. There are chairs, umbrellas and other beachy stuff available for use in the shed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and gadgets. Location was perfect being one block from the beach and a few block from town. The whole family had a great time . We would not hesitate to book again!

Fun in Brigantine

Rental as described. Very clean, great location. Had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Owner very responsive. Would rent again.

Relaxing and convenient

Very nice townhouse. Very convenient to the beach entrance. The home was very comfortable and spacious enough for everyone to be together or have some quiet time alone. Highly recommend Scott as a host!

As Advertised and More!

This house is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed. Had everything you would expect and then some. Bikes, bogey boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. No need to pack all that stuff if you don't want to. Walk to beach is very easy. Nice quite neighborhood. Owner was very accessible when we had questions. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat!
