Absolutely beautiful property in excellent condition. Huge master bedroom with Jacuzzi and shower. 4 other bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Was very comfortable for 9 adults and 2 teenagers. Hottub and pool great for afternoon relaxing. House includes just about anything available for spending time; TV, music throughout the house, books, games, etc. Very short walk to the beach with everything available for all ages; towels, umbrellas, chairs, beach games, bicycles, etc. Walking distance to Wawa, shops and restaurants. Very friendly owner checked in to see if we needed anything. We had a fabulous week staying there,

Perfect Beach Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well equipped home that worked well for our extended family ages 5-90! Bryan and Mary Ann were so helpful and communicative and the house is so thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to feel at home and pampered. The location just a half block from the beautiful beach was ideal for ease of access for the older members of our family and the beautiful pool/spa was enjoyed by all. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Vacation

This property was even nicer in person than in the pictures. I have always wanted to take my family on a family vacation. Family Tides had everything I wanted in a vacation home. It was wonderful having family around so close, yet, the place was big enough not to be on top of each other. I enjoyed sitting on the porch having my morning coffee, and I loved the elevator it made my getting around so much easier. It was the best vacation I had in years and I would stay there again.

Best beach house

The home owners thought of everything!! The House was perfect with the pool and hot tub to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The kitchenette downstairs had all the grilling essentials which made it easy plus a small fridge for our teenagers. We would recommend this home hands down and can’t wait to return!

Great house and location!

My family and I were so happy with this house! The pictures are spot on and you can’t beat the location. The owners were very helpful and responsive and gave us an overview of all the house details after we checked in. They also provided a binder of all of the information we would need for our week. There’s so much outdoor space to relax, have a meal, get some sun, or find some shade. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and right up the street from the beach. We would definitely rent here again!

This property is absolutely spectacular—both the home itself and the location. Just steps from the beach and in a quiet, charming part of Brigantine, it truly offers the best of both worlds. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely. The home is beautifully maintained and offers the perfect layout: plenty of space to enjoy time together as a group, while still allowing for privacy when you want a moment to yourself. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered.Highly recommended!

Don’t hesitate — book this one!

Ugh, I wrote up a literal 1500-word essay on why this property is awesome but it got lost in the void when I tried to submit it! Ughhh. Anyway, trust me when I say my whole extended family had an amazing time here, especially in the pool! Gorgeous home and such a quick walk to the beach!
