Fully renovated vacation getaway condo directly on the Indian River. It is a 800 SqFt 1/1 end unit with views of the inter-coastal waterway from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. With a dream memory foam mattress pull out sleeper sofa.

Imagine waking up to dolphins out your master bedroom window, or catching dinner from the seawall in the afternoon. There is a direct view of Nasa's Vehicle Assembly Building across the water. Space X and UAE launches here are amazing, you can really hear and FEEL the power of the rockets!!

The Condo is in a safe and quiet complex with very friendly neighbors. There is a new built shopping area, many good restaurants, and parks within minutes of the condo. There is even a place to get close up looks at gators, go skydiving or even Airboat rides within 10 minutes of the condo. If your brave enough that is!!

Some of the many destinations you might want to visit are: 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, 15 minutes to the pristine unspoiled Playalinda beach and Merritt Island National Seashore, 60 minutes to Disney if you want to hit up the parks. 30-45 minutes to Orlando international beach, 20-30 minutes to Cocoa Beach home of Ron Jons Surf Co. 60 minutes to World Famous Daytona beach.

This is an excellent place to stay very clean and quiet also close to lots of amenities,.

The property is well maintained and very quiet, they have a nice dock for fishing or launching your kayak or just sit in one of there chairs and relax would highly recommend this place.

Great area with great bars and restaurants. Beaches on Merrit Island are great. Close to Orlando and Disney World. Good value for the price. Needs more and better furniture. Overall not bad.

Thanks Ronald Im glad you enjoyed the area and beaches, and a double thanks for keeping the unit so clean. I'm sorry you thought the place needed TLC as 90% of the unit is brand new, couch, mattress, dining room set, dishes, linen, kitchen, decor, flooring, and bath vanity are all less then 6 months old or newer. I do understand the dresser in the room is old and hope to upgrade it very soon. I would have loved the chance to address this and upgrade the bedroom set while you were there and hopefully make your stay even better. If you stay with us again sometime please don't hesitate to ask or share thoughts. And to others thinking about renting here PLEASE SAY SOMETHING!!! This is a new rental and I am always looking for ways to improve and could use your help!! Either way it was a pleasure hosting Rondald and his wife and I would highly recommend them to future host as they are very tidy and left the place in pristine condition.
