A beautiful renovation that brings fresh life to this already impressive beachfront home. Updates include freshly painted walls, upgraded lighting and design details, all new flooring on the second floor, refreshed furnishings throughout, and a completely rebuilt lower beachfront balcony with new rails.

Outside, guests will love the custom-built staircase, complete with convenient rinse showers for washing off sand and saltwater after a day by the Gulf. Under the home, there is also a custom enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, beach gear closet, and BBQ grill - all helpful extras that make a beach vacation easier and more enjoyable.

Important Rental Information

Blue Atlantis requires a 3 or 4-night minimum during the off-season. The renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old, rental agreement + Photo ID required.

Ring Doorbell and exterior security cameras are installed for security use only. The electronic thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees. Fireplace operating instructions are provided during seasonal weather only.

All events must be approved prior to reserving. Hosting an unapproved or unauthorized wedding/event will result in a non-refundable $500 fine and eviction as defined in the Rental Agreement.
