Perfect for our trip!

As we were traveling our large loop, we stopped in Nashville for a night. This property was perfect for the two couples. Accommodations for families was available as well. Plenty of bathrooms to share. Clean and well stocked. Views of city to enjoy! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Broadway honky tonks

Nice place! Nice view, short Uber to downtown. Property as described, heard a few ambulances as it’s close to Vandy and a little college partying at short intervals but the place out does a little noise! Would definitely return!

Went to a Vanderbilt game!

This house was the perfect location, within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do during our stay. Short Uber ride to a few other things. Plenty of parking! And Chad was great to work with.

My wife and I treasured remodeling this old Nashville gem of a house two years ago nearly single-handedly! I can't believe how enjoyable running a nightly unit has been. The diversity of people that we meet is alot of fun, and we are quick to respond to inquiries and try to meet the needs of our guests.

We live nearby and enjoy keeping the larders and pantries stocked, and the place shiny and new for each arrival.

Why they chose this property

We rented this house to college students for 20 years, so remodeling was in great need. I'm an artist, and my wife and I enjoyed creating an extension of our lifestyle while decorating and stocking the rental.
