Great property in Nashville

Highly recommend this property for any trip to Nashville! Was less than 10 minutes to the strip and is in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house is well taken care of and had everything we needed! We will be staying here next time we come to Nashville!

Excellent home for football weekend

The home was a great for us to gather from around the country for a football weekend. The location made getting to/from the stadium easy. We had a great "tailgate" in the backyard. We plan to return to this home.

Family reunion

This house was ideal for a bunch of middle-aged siblings to celebrate a long weekend in Nashville. The living room and back patio were great places to relax and converse; Kitchen was well-equipped; beds and bathrooms quite comfortable. A few minor housekeeping nits have been communicated to the owner. Overall, this was a very enjoyable home.

Nice home full of history

We had a good graduation week. The home is comfortable and very interesting but perhaps the best part is the location to many sites and campus. We would rent this again for our family spanning the ages 11 to 75. All were happy. Thank you!

Wonderful home!

This place is so cute! Beds were good. Couch was comfy. Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of walking those hills. Very cute neighborhood. Highly recommend this for families and large groups. We were a small group so only used down stairs mostly. We didnt cook so i dont know about the stove. Great place!

Awesome house

The Orleans House was like a home away from home. We had a getaway weekend with 10 guys and the house was perfect. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space to relax. It is the most stocked house I've every stayed at as far as cooking and linens go. The owner, Greg, was super responsive and even followed up on day of check in to make sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will be making a trip back to the Orleans House.

Adorable home with lots of history and great character

Great place for the whole family to gather. We enjoyed this adorable historic house and it was close to everything we needed for the weekend. It had all we needed, including coffee, tea, sugar, and etc. The only reason I did a 4 star rating and not a 5 star was because the corner sectional in the main living room would separate and slide around too much (couch is different than what's in the pictures). Other than that slight drawback, this home was wonderful.

Amazing house, great hosts!

The house was perfectly sized and well located for our group of 10 ladies. The decor is super cute and quirky, the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are very comfy (even the air beds!) and the AC works very well (key in Nashville summer). The outdoor spaces and hot tub were great places to hang out in the evenings! But the cherry on top of our whole visit was how our fantastic host went out of his way to give us a place to leave our bags while we waited for our flight the afternoon we left - so sweet and unexpected!! Overall I would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here on my next visit to Nashville!

Eclectic - The Perfect Place for a Nashville Bash

This place was great, and really was the perfect space for a weekend Nashville bash. Our group was comprised of a bunch of well-behaved, but spirited ladies who gathered to celebrate one lady in particular and her forthcoming nuptials. The house is somehow cozy and roomy at the same time, and the decor is eclectic (think NOLA in Nashville), which lends itself to a little more fun for a group of friends wanting to celebrate. The house has all of the amenities you need, and I really wish we could have stayed for more than a weekend to take advantage of the outside eating area, terraced back yard, big kitchen, and big dining room table. I will consider it for a big family gathering, as it definitely would meet my family's needs as well. Finally, the owner was particularly helpful and easy to contact. Enjoy your stay!

Great house and experience!

We are from Dallas and rented this house on our first visit to Nashville in February 2017. First, this house is in a great neighborhood. The area is away from the crowd of the Nashville party scene, while still being close enough for a short UBER ride. The house is perfect for a small group. There a few bedrooms, which is great when have multiple couples. The house is very organize and is great for socializing, especially the living room and kitchen. The outside area is clean and has a great hot tub for a few people. The house has cable tv, washer dryer, and even has costume props( which we though were awesome)! The area is also close to a liquor/beer store and a target for any last minute items. We stayed from a Friday-Sunday. We absolutely loved it and could not recommend it more! Pick this property for your next trip to Nashville!

one of the best

Each year I take my 5 grown up sons on a special Dad and Boys adventure. This year we chose Nashville. We always stay in a VRBO property. This year was one of the best. The home was centrally located, not more than 20 minutes away from all of the best attractions and the airport. The 5 bedrooms had the most comfortable King and Queen size beds that we have ever slept in. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could want for making the best meals, even down to the fresh 1/2 and 1/2 individual creamers in the frig. The entire home was decorated in the most beautiful and whimsical items. The owner was more than accommodating and although we never met him, he was available for anything we might have needed. Great upscale neighborhood. A very pleasant surprise.

Awesome stay! Will definitely be back to rent again!

If you are looking for the ideal location to stay in Nashville, this is it! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need ... right down to the variety of party hats in the kitchen closet. We had a group of 8 ... and the beauty of this home is there are so many separate spaces to relax. Plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The kitchen is fully stocked and really set up nicely for groups. We all commented on how ridiculously comfortable the beds were --- typically, rental mattresses leave you feeling a bit crippled in the morning .... not these! I was more comfortable on these beds then I am at home. There is also a great patio outback with nice furniture --- awesome spot for coffee in the morning or guitar playing around the fire pit at night. We opted to use Uber to get around town --- lots to do --- and everything right around the corner. I highly recommend that you check this place out if you are headed to Nashville!

SPECTACULAR!!

We rent VRBO's every time we travel and this house was one of the best by far. It is very large, nicely decorated, and the most well-equipped of any place we have stayed. We wanted for nothing! There was coffee, tea, creamers, sugars, every type of kitchen implement you could imagine, extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. There were several options where you could hang out - a nice front porch, and two rear patios; one with the hot tub and one with a table and chairs, plus the featured steps at the rear of the yard that lead to another outdoor area. The location is near Vanderbilt and is in walking distance to stores and UBER is quick and cheap which we used most of the time. (Uber in Nashville is so much fun because every one of our drivers, and we had many, was in the music business so we learned a lot about the scene in the city). The neighborhood appeared very safe and is an older area with gorgeous homes and lots of trees. The first thing I looked for was the view of downtown Nashville from the living room window and it wasn't there. Instead there was a huge tree blocking the view so I need to return in the winter! There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a bathroom and a large area in between that can be used as an additional sleeping area. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a half bath and a laundry room. The VRBO listing is accurate except I think the pictures don't do it justice. We did not have to contact the owners during our stay but, I know from our correspondence that if we needed anything they would have been quick to react. No complaints, no recommendations, just keep up the good work!
