Beautiful Mountain Manor near Yosemite National Park! Spa, Tesla charger & more.
Come stay in our newly remodeled Mountain Manor. It is only 22 miles from Yosemite's South Gate and 4 miles from Bass lake.
The house has six bedrooms, six baths, large porches, and game-room (that doubles as a seventh bedroom!), as well as a large common living and eating area.
The apartment has the sauna and only available if you book with 16 or more guests. 15 or less guests has plenty of room in the main house itself.
We have a Tesla charger (2 of them)and a brand new spa for your enjoyment and use.
Available beds for Guests:
Room 1. King bed- private bath with shower and tub.
Room 2. King Bed- adjoining bathroom with shower and tub.
Room 3. Queen bed with bunk bed and trundle. Adjoining Bath with shower.
Room 4. Queen bed with bunk bed and trundle. Private bath with shower.
Room 5. Queen bed with bunk bed. Private Bath with shower.
Living Room: couch bed- sleeps 2
Game Room: Beautiful game room with a pull-out couch, plus two additional queen-sized beds available.
Apartment is available - If Your Booking has 16 or more guests.
Downstairs Apartment: 1 King bed, bathroom, full kitchen, 2 sleepers, in home small movie theater set up. Sauna
There is actual beds for 33 people - however, after 14 guests there will be an additional charge of $35 per guest per night for large groups and extra ware and tear on the home, additional supplies used and laundry.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bbq grill if used must be cleaned after use per listing instructions or there will be a clean up fee of $100-$150.
Put all furniture back to original placement and clean up any messes made.
Please clean up, pick up trash and straighten up outside spaces if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I bought this home because we fell in love with the house and with the location. It really is a hidden gem.
What makes this property unique
It's an amazing home to get multiple families and large groups together. Everyone can have their private space with the ensuite bathrooms and the group can spend quality time together in the shared living space. There's also the fun game room for the kids with tons of games and toys!
