Two bed, two bath 1200 square foot first level end unit condo. Either a 2 minute drive or short walk to the ocean. Close to Pope avenue and Coligny Park.

Large master bath with two sinks. Shower and bath. Large master bedroom with king bed backing to lagoon. Kitchen with eating area facing golf course. Second bedroom and bath with access to covered private deck facing golf course.

Living room with updated chairs and queen sofa sleeper. Wi fi available.

Washer and dryer. Towels and linens provided. Located in a cul de sac, two community pools, tennis court and childrens play area. Gas grill located outdoors in community area.

Located in Shipyard Plantation. 24 hour security and checkpoint upon entry into Shipyard.
