OCEANFRONT Avon - Pamlico Court - You may come here to catch the "big one" or for the steady winds to catch the "long ride." Either way, you end up with a comfortable place to stay at JA-KEL-RIS.

The easy beach access connects with the driveway and outdoor shower. On the bottom level, find a private bedroom with 2 single beds. The main home is accessed from the steps up to the wide southern deck for all-day sun. Inside, find four more bedrooms and two full baths along with the great room and dining area with remote-controlled ceiling fan and featuring panoramic ocean views. The large screened porch offers another opportunity to kick back and relax while overlooking the Atlantic.

JA-KEL-RIS, framed for Hatteras comfort with lots of elbow room, will lure your return again and again.

Pretty nice property. No indoor stairs or bathroom in lower bedroom. Freezer did not close entirely.

Great location and access to beach. I like that it was at the very beginning of Avon Village and our beach area was fairly private. Was disappointed there was no bathroom in the lower bedroom area and no indoor stairs from the lower bedroom area to the main floor. There was also no latch on the outside shower, but it was convenient to use coming back from the beach. Overall I would give this a 3.5 rating.

House is ok- company is gross

The property is not in as good of shape as it appears online. Several Appliances have signs asking to be gentle with the buttons or they will break. However I think it was nice enough and I enjoyed it. Surf or Sound realty however is awful and I will never use the company again. They called on day 2 and asked us to leave the cleaning crew five stars but the check out instructions require the guests to do 90% of the cleaning. This includes asking that you make the beds which indicates that the quilts and such do not get washed between guests.
