OCEANVIEW Waves - Bold Dune Dr. First class amenities combine to make BOLD SURF a vacation home that's sure to grab your attention. Jump right into your vacation with a splash in the private swimming pool, or soothe your spirit with a soak in the nearby hot tub. Indoors, you can practice some bold plays in the ground floor game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. For a quiet afternoon, escape to the media room with 40" LCD TV with BluRay and surround sound to watch your favorite stars make bold moves or plug in your gaming system or laptop. Take a break in the sitting area with half bath, queen sleeper sofa, desk and internet, ideal for doing a little indoor surfing online. The second level of the home features the laundry room and three well appointed bedrooms, including a king master, a queen master, and a master bedroom with 2 singles, each with their own private bath. All bedrooms in the home have flat screen TVs and either BluRay player or DVD player. The top level has one more king master bedroom with spa bath tub. The open great room has flat screen TV and BluRay player, and dining area with sliders to the sun decks. You'll also find a convenient half bath, fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler, breakfast bar and comfortable dining area. Don't be shy- go ahead and book your vacation now at BOLD SURF.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Bold Surf is worth it

My friends and family including myself had a great time. it's very close to the sound and ocean.. Also a few really great restaurants nearby. The seclusion makes it nice for a starry night sky. I have never stayed in a home with an elevator & it made unpacking a breeze. Thanks!

beach house

nice rental. nice location. some maintenance issues. gas grill was very dirty and propane tank was empty. elevator was not operating properly. whoever is responsible for checking damage prior to next occupant overlooked some things. other than those little inconveniences, the rental was very nice and very well decorated and had allot of conveniences. the views of the bay and the ocean were nice. we got great pics of sunsets and sunrises. the pool was very clean as was the hot tub. there was a wagon for the beach, bicycles and some pool accessories available which was nice. there were plenty of chairs and lounges in the pool area.
