WONDERFUL 5.7 acre ranchette, has 6 casitas or homes ranging from a studio, 1 BR, 2 BR, 3 BR, 4 BR and 5 BR homes, all that share Large Pool and expansive deck with lots of seating and tables. This 3 BR 1 Bath home is very nicely furnished with a futon in the living room for extra guests. We have a new large smart TV in living room, and a tv in two of the other BR's, all have an HD digital antenna and gets some fun oldie channels like COZY TV, and approx 30 others.. Washer Dryer in separate laundry room off kitchen, we also have our own Gas BBQ in backyard with outdoor fireplace in courtyard. Also BBQ at Pool deck for all to use. Granite counters in kitchen, breakfast peninsula, and bathroom. Very cozy home available for winter visitors and golf trips any time of year! Ask about sofa bed if needed. All floors are natural sealed stone travertine marble 18" tiles. We have nice glasses, wine glasses, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, some basic pots and pans, coffee maker, and a microwave. Linens, blankets, and fluffy towels are provided for bedding and bathroom. Lots of outside tables to sit at if weather is nice by the pool. please cleanup behind yourselves in common areas, and enjoy ! We have directv receiver for the Living Room and an extra BR, and the Master BR has HD digital antenna channels only/ We have 50Mbps speed on our Cox internet, and wifi passcode is under router in masrwe vrroom We have a new heat pump for ac and heat, simple to use with an up down temp setting, set as appropriate while gone, and while at home as needed. Guest access Whole house is private use of guests, no one else lives in home. We plan to have a separate washer dryer soon too for this home once plumbed in the extra store room we have south of kitchen; you may store your suitcases or other in there if you need extra space. Now installed, great new large capacity Maytag Dryer! we may add an extra bath here soon, next, stay tuned on that, as it is already plumbed for it and an outdoor shower too!
