Cozy mid-century Casita guesthouse with contemporary conveniences. Self check-in with door code. Windows, skylights, natural light!
Central AC and heat.
Pool. Fenced back yard and patio. Compact but complete kitchen.
Saltillo tile and wood floors and ceilings throughout the 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. This prized older neighborhood in the north-central heart of Tucson offers a relaxed, private atmosphere on a half acre lot.
Find all the comforts of home in 700 square feet. Large picture windows and french doors offer shaded views of natural desert landscape front and back.
BBQ on your private back patio by the pool, under an old mesquite tree year round.
Yard parking next to the Casita front door. Automatic night lighting.
Full size fridge, gas stove/oven, coffee, Pur water filter, blender, crockpot,, etc.
Shared laundry room available 24/7.
Property owner's home is adjacent, and a studio rental on the opposite side of the property. Dozens of nearby restaurants!

Wonderful property in a great location. Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation and it was perfect - far enough away from UofA to avoid the crowds but close enough to go back and forth. Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a nice, private backyard. Liz was wonderful host and communicated regularly. Thank you!

This casita is small, but has everything you need, including a pool! It is comfortable and welcoming and close to everything in Tucson including restaurants, shops, farmers markets, the university, etc. Very nice and responsive owner! I would definitely like to stay here again.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this casita. It was exactly as listed. Very clean, close to all that we wanted to do, very comfortable beds, everything you can imagine you’d want in the kitchen, and very peaceful. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Tucson.
