Nicely furnished condo includes a spacious living room w/ fireplace, dining area, full kitchen and outdoor private patio. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and private patio. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom in hallway..

Rancho Viejo is a natural paradise for golf, tennis, biking and walking. There are beautiful resacas at every turn in the road and palms everywhere. It is a bird lover's paradise.

Perfect vacation spot

This location was a quiet, beautiful and restful place to spend 7 days. It was a short drive to all rhe activities in Brownsville and South Padre Island. We will return ( God willing).

Roomy Condo in Rancho Viejo

Great size. Near where I wanted to be. Nice manager. Condition is in question, needs repairs and updates inside and out. Wasn’t sure about the neighborhood when I first parked. Would stay again.

Great property!

Monica was very responsive to any questions we had. We were so impressed with the condos, we actually considered purchasing one ourselves. We spent a lot of time on the bench in front of the water, enjoying the quiet.

Wonderful/Restful Place

Since I was a child I have always wanted to see Rancho Viejo. The condo was perfect and it exceeded my expectations. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the birds.

Great Location For Us

Rancho Viejo is a beautiful community just north of Brownsville. It was perfect for our stay. The Condo is spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was great. The condo interior is definitely showing its age. Probably ready to be redone. That being said, we were very happy, overall, with the place and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying here, two couples. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes to cook with. Really nice grill. This is an older condo that could use some upgrading in the bathrooms and kitchen. But it is still very nice and comfortable. You can't beat the central location for going in all directions. We are birders and it was a great base. Also a nice community to take walks in. Monica was great to work with on any questions we had. We would come back here if we return to south Texas.
