This charming one-bedroom apartment is extremely quiet and is very well located in the very best part of the Salamanca District, the area allows visitors to be very close the best areas for eating and shopping in Madrid, and is walking distance from some of the most important art museums like the Prado and the Thyssen-Bornemisza. A few steps away from the Retiro park, is perfect for exercise conscious clients and runners who want to keep training. A cozy and carefully decorated apartment in one of Madrid’s most privileged areas. Decorated in a comfortable minimalist style and bright colors. You enter directly into the living room and dining area that has a window to a courtyard, which has a double sofa bed perfect for additional guests, an armchair and a flat TV with cable service. To the right there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom in marble with bathtub and shower. To the left side of the apartment is located a spacious and bright bedroom with a double queen sized bed (1,50 x 2,00m) with two windows over the courtyard and a wide closet.
