This brand new 2 bedrooms apartment (80m2) was already set up all high end furniture and bright colours with the balcony view Saigon river and District 1. All 2 bedrooms have enough space for you and your family, spacious kitchen where you love to cook.
The apartment is completely new and was never rented before. All the equipment is brand new including:

- Smart TV 49", Big inveter –Fridge Electrolux , Washer (drier to be provided upon requested), new 3 «Daikin» inverter air-conditioner.

- Nice and in neutral colors furniture for the bedrooms: 2 king size beds
