We are a family owned and operated property. We love to rent to families and have a strict "no parties" rule. Our location is steps away from the beach and Pavilions grocery store and about a ten minute walk to the Newport Pier. You will have full access to the two car garage and washer/dryer. There is also push carts with sand tires filled with beach toys, boogie boards, and a foam longboards. These units are also listed separately for smaller groups as well. Upstairs (Separate listing HA 4770922) is the larger unit of the two containing an eat-in chef's kitchen and a deck with a sectional couch and ocean view. Large BBQ for grilling.
There are three bedrooms that will sleep a total of 8....

Both units have fully equipped kitchens. Coffee, toasters, microwave, pots/pans, etc. The bathrooms have plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Don't forget to bring a beach towel!
