This new and luxurious, Mediterranean-style four bedroom home is as equally welcoming as it is impressive.

The brand new furniture and granite countertops welcome you in to comfortable vacation living. The open floor plan from kitchen to the massive and immense living area allows for a great gathering place for the whole family, both in convenience and luxury. The kitchen features enough granite countertop space to cook a feast. The dining table is enormous and has wonderful views on three sides, and the breakfast bar is a great place for extra seating. The stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinets only add to the kitchen’s beauty, along with a great view of the giant flat screen television in the living room.

Each of the bedrooms have their own unique style to them, and each have flat screen televisions. Each of the rooms has their own bathroom, mirrored on the same theme as their perspective bedrooms. The back porch leads out to a view of the nearby golf course, tempting the golfers of your group.

The property also has an onsite laundry room with both a washer and a dryer, so laundry can be done there. The property features two golf carts, allowing you and your group to traverse the resort area as a group and in style! Staying in the Villa Lago neighborhood also grants you access to the amenities like access to the neighborhood pool, at home parking, and being close to the Baytowne Golf Club Course.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Called maintenance on Friday, 10/13 to report 4seater, blue golf cart not working. I was advised that they probably couldn’t get anybody out because it was a weekend. Really in a resort area isn’t it all about the weekend? Never heard back from them and had no use of the cart for the remainder of our stay. Would like a cash back credit for the inconvenience experienced trying to transport my family during the wedding of our daughter.

great getaway

This property had everything for our family. Each room had a bathroom and the rooms were spacious and clean and well put together. PRoperty was clean and kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and everything we needed to cook and make this our home of the week. Was great having the golf carts to get to the beach and to get around and having two is a huge bonus when members of your family want to to do different things. Great location as beach was a 5-7 minute golf cart ride and easy to get too and wharf and other amenities on property were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Lago 1867. We stay on this same street last year. We liked this condo better. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Booking was easy.we loved having two golf carts. One of the carts battery didn’t hold a charge as well as the other, once we realized it we were careful to carry the plug with us and there are charging areas all around the resort even at the beach parking area. We will be back again next year.

Family vacay

We had a great time at the beach and the pool. ….however the house needs better cookware and utensils. Preparing family meals was a bit challenging. Also, the dishwasher was full of mold…. Overall, the kitchen could have been better stocked. The kids room/bunkbeds need better mattresses….felt like overly soft lumps!
