In a classified medieval site with sea view, an independent, comfortable and quiet house of 120 m2 on two levels.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms with 2 single beds in one and 1 large double bed 160cm in the other and 2 large wardrobes, a bathroom, a w. vs. independent, an entrance and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The first floor includes a large living room of 60 m2 with a living room and satellite TV, a dining room, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bed for 1 person; an American-style kitchen and an independent paved terrace directly overlooking the park.
Household equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove with electric oven, coffee maker and all cutlery, dishes, plates, pans, pots, pans, cake pans and others.
A private tennis court and river in an area of 26 hectares of forest are available. The sandy beach of Île à Poule is 600 m away, there is a mooring ramp. The village of Pleubian, located 3 km away, has 3 banks, a post office, 3 doctors and 2 Super Markets.

La petite maison qui nous était réservée faisait partie des bâtiments constituant le manoir. Elle était très correcte, mais surtout : quelle merveille que ce vieux manoir aux origines médiévales, et cette magnifique forêt de chênes, châtaigniers et autres arbres centenaires! Il règne partout un calme absolu, et il n’est pas rare d’apercevoir biches, lapins et renards, oiseaux, chauve-souris et papillons. La plage est effectivement tout à fait accessible à pieds, et toute cette zone du Tregor est magnifique, la mer partout, des grandes baies aux plages de sable fin aux petites criques découpées par les rochers. Les propriétaires du manoir sont très sympathiques et passionnés par l’histoire de ce lieu, notamment, mais aussi par la littérature et le théâtre. Séjour parfait donc, que toute notre famille (y compris nos cinq enfants) a énormément apprécié !

Der historische Gebäudekomplex am Rande des Dorfes wird von einem sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten, älteren Ehepaar liebevoll betreut und selbst bewohnt. Der etwas reduzierte Komfort wird durch die Größe der Zimmer und dem Flair wett gemacht. Die Gegend ist von pittoresken Städtchen durchzogen; das Meer (mit kleinem Badestrand) in erlaufbarer Nähe.Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à kerbors même si la météo n’était pas franchement au rendez-vous. Le manoir est magnifique, les propriétaires passionnés, et aussi attentionnés que discrets.La balade autour du domaine, sa faune et sa flore, sont un pur bonheur. Aucun bruit parasite, vous êtes immergés dans les chants des oiseaux. Notre chienne, bien que jeune, a vécu en toute liberté toute la semaine ( très bien accueillie elle aussi par Ty loup ).La plage bien qu’interdite aux chiens est en réalité dog friendly pourvu que votre compagnon à 4 pattes n’importune personne. Visites et paysages magnifiques aux alentours. Attention toutefois les plages ne sont baignables qu’à marée haute mais les côtes decouvertes sont un paradis pour pêcheur à pied et amateur de nature. Beaucoup de bonnes adresses de marchés et de restaurants alentours, tout comme d’animations en saison. Entre parenthèse enchantée hors du temps et paysages à couper le souffle, je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung pur - Paix absolue et pure détente

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Cidre und hausgemachte Crêpes standen als Willkommensgruß bereit. Wunderschönes Anwesen in Alleinlage, sehr ruhig mit riesigen Waldgrundstück. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen und gerne in der Natur sind, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Propriétaire très sympathique. Du cidre et des crêpes maison étaient disponibles en cadeau de bienvenue. Belle propriété dans un endroit isolé, très calme avec un immense terrain forestier. Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage en quelques minutes à vélo. Fortement recommandé aux personnes qui recherchent la paix, la détente et aiment être en pleine nature. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise !

Paisible et beau!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet endroit splendide, au calme parfait. Le gite est totalement indépendant du reste du manoir, y compris à l'extérieur. Nous avons profité à fond du tennis et de la forêt de la propriété, où nous avons croisé des chevreuils en nous promenant. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous ont données les excellentes et indispensables adresses pour louer des vélos, acheter des légumes frais et des homards.... Des vacances excellentes et relaxantes! Les photos du gite sont très fidèles à la réalité, aucune surprise à l'arrivée.

Très bel endroit au calme, proche de la mer.

Le charme des vieilles pierres avec la modernité et e confort. Totale indépendance vis à vis des autres parties du manoir y compris pour l'espace extérieur. Même un ado seul ne sera pas "déconnecté" car internet est là... Un bon compromis, proche de la mer, sites touristiques intéressants et beaux (Bréhat, le Trégor, Ploumanach sans oublier Paimpol). Nous reviendrons.
